Got a vanilla ice cream to go. We wanted it in a cup but they don't do cups so they turned the cone upside down in a sundae cup.... The day before they called it a "plain sundae, more expensive, and gave us the ice cream in a sundae cup. Why can't it be thesame $2.60 whether it's a cup or a cone. Putting the ice cream in a cone an then placing it upside down in a sundae cup wastesthe cone. It was delicious but a waste. Read more

Customer service are very cold meaning not friendly. Packing the food is not good fries are upside down. McDonald's was my... first job back in early 1980s. We where taught the proper way to pack the bag. Sad some day I will stop going all together. Read more

More often than not it's either bad customer service or they're closed when they're supposed to be open 24 hours. During the... week during lunch hours I give them credibility for quality of service but at night it goes out the window. Read more

I have worked in restaurants a very long time and i understand people make mistakes and my order was wrong and was tight for... time so after going through the drive thru I didn?t have time to go in a get my order fixed it was a huge mistake I ate it butwhat I order was way more expensive than what I got. I nicely called to talk to the manager and just let them know to keep aneye out to make sure peoples orders were correct. The manage was extremely rude and hung up on me and when I called back hecalled me a Karen. I wasn?t even upset was just trying to help them out so they don?t get more peoples order incorrect. But hedidn?t want to hear it. Maybe I should have stormed in a thrown a Karen scene but that?s not who I am. If anyone knows thefranchise owner for this location I would love to talk to them about management. Read more
