Staff was limited, you could feel them feel overwhelmed and rushed. Not during lunch or dinner time which are busier times. ... Food was wrong, corrected missing food only to arrive home to discover hamburgers were chicken burgers, not correct. Food wascold from waiting for corrections. We think because they had three cars of customers go park and wait for food, the poor ladydidn't know who's order went to what car. They were similar but different. So someone else got our order. Not sure why we allwere directed to park since there were no other cars behind us and it made for confusion. Read more
Slightly less consistent than they used to be. Grabbed an iced coffee and medium fry a few days ago, the fries were NOT hot and... fresh, but the coffee was perfect. A couple days later I got another medium iced (2 cream, 2 sugar), same as the previous visitand I had to dump it out. It tasted like an over-sugared hazelnut. Read more
If you order door dash through here, just know that your food is going to be left on a metal counter after it?s been sitting... there for God knows how long, unsealed, losing heat. So if you like cold McDonald?s; definitely go here. The girl that runsthe store hates door dashers and shes only there to make her numbers look good. Kudos to the manager on duty around 2:45pm on Sat September 3, 2022 at the 3 Northeastern Blvd, Nashua, NH 03062 store. I was in... the area to move all day and I stopped here for lunch. While I ordered at the kiosk, I heard the manager directing her staffthrough several issues at once with which all restaurant managers these days are famaliar - being under staffed, trying not tolet customers down, planning breaks, and sudden call outs. I prepared myself for a long wait, which was welcome seeing how I wasexhausted from moving. When my orange juice was served to me in less than a minute, I was pretty grateful. Moving for 4 hoursstraight makes you pretty thirsty. Then when the manager came to serve me my meal 30 seconds later I was impressed beyond words.We chatted briefly but I didnt catch her name because I didnt want to intrude on their flow, but I really wanted to leave thisreview the whole time I was eating because I was so glad I stopped here. She was 100% in the zone, knew exactly how to steer theship, and managed her staff with excellence all while under the enormous pressure that only other restaurant leadership can seemto appreciate these days. Please be kind to our restaurant workers! There was a staff member that was so unprofessional I felt scared. I thought that there was going to be a fight break out,... between a staff member and incoming couple?that seemed to know each other?(I think the other female worked there) I had a scaryfeeling that the argument at the cashiers counter was going to escalate further then a verbal searing match and threats. Ordered online, we went to pick up the order, got home and realized they forgot some items. Tried to call and it kept going... right to voice-mail. The store is 15 minutes away so we really didn't want to drive back. We decided to cut our losses. The restof the food was absolutely disgusting. The nuggets were crumbled and dry. The mcchicken had a weird black grainy substance onit. Practically inedible. And they won't even pick up the phone. Read more
Pulled into the drive through. I was the first car in my lane and watched as cars pulled in after me and into the other lane and... ordering before me. They kept taking the order from the other lane while I sat there and waited for almost 10 min. The sign saidboth lanes were open. I had cars behind me and my order was never taken. I tried to call and it said the called party wasunavailable. Not the first bad experience at this McDonald?s. I?ll never stop there again. The absolute worst fast food testI?ve ever experienced. The food has gotten worse than i remember. Nothing is hot anymore. Service is painfully slow and they often get my order... wrong. And its all overpriced to boot. Im disappointed whenever i go. Update: I tried them again for lunch and this timeused the app. I ordered then drove there, giving them plenty of time. My order wasn't ready nor was it listed on the board. After waiting a total of 20 minutes for it, someone finally brought it out. Fries and pie were cold, my custom order sandwichwas wrong and 1 pie was missing. This has to be the worst run McDonald's Ive ever seen. The app has no option to providefeedback. Very disappointing. Read more
