I paid 7.08 for a bagel and cream cheese and large coffee. Get to car and realize I have a plastic knife and a small container... of cream cheese. For goodness sake, put it on my to go bagel! Or ask at least. Waste of a plastic knife and pain in mycar. Also bagel is bagel shaped 'bread' not a bagel. Coffee is good. Read more

I really hate to leave 1 star reviews but I used to love Panera. $18 for chicken broth, 2 bags of chips and a chicken sandwich... with no very little protein. Just not a good dollar value anymore! Read more
I got a tuna fish sandwich. I ate the first half of it with no issues, but when I bit into the second have I noticed a long... hair, a good 5? or so long hanging out of my mouth. When I brought it to there attention, they basically told me to throw it inthe trash and they would make me another one. Really, no apology, no nothing!! I told them no thank you. I would suggestthough, that they might want to have their employees wear hair nets when they prepare the food. The one individual that wasmaking sandwiches had hair going halfway down their back and only wearing a hat. Also, the individual at the counter who wascalling out the names for the orders, also was just wearing a hat and had hair way past the collar.? I usually enjoy my foodfrom Panera, go there quite often, but will never go to the one on Amherst Street in Nashua again!!! Read more
First time here. I like the way they manage social distancing. Clean and professional. Great food. Service was attentive and... beyond expectation. The woman at the cashier with eyeglasses has a good memory especially with my special instructions. Theother woman with blue top always has service minded no matter how busy this place was. The asian man who made my order was fastand clean. I'm so impressed. My baja bowl with (tasty) chicken and the iced coffee with honey made my day. Love that they havethe outdoor tables and chairs! Really what you pay for here is the experience of a fireplace and wifi. Though, the fireplace is blocked by 2 tables, so there... isn't much to enjoy. The food is over priced. They have ordering kiosks right in front of registers, which makes zero sense.Cashiers have people using the kiosk WHILE they are also taking orders and it just give people no personal space. There were nopagers available. Kiosk does not make service faster. Lines don't start at the door and work inward. The lines start inward, soyou have to cut in front of people to get in line. Makes zero sense. Pickup orders are in the back of the store which also,makes zero sense. Again, you have to cut through the line to pickup an order. Food portions are small. During our visit, after anight rush, no one came around to clean tables, pick up full barrels, plates, bowls, or silverware. Silverware visiblydirty. Another note, ordered a drink through kiosk and asked /PAID/ for extra caramel drizzle and was given extra caramelflavor "syrup" instead. There is a huge difference between a drizzle topping and a drink syrup. I corrected the employee andinstead of remaking my drink, she just topped the drink off with caramel drizzle on the top. Meanwhile, my drink tasted likestraight flavor, and not in a good way. For the price, I expect things to be made correctly as the kiosk is clear on "syrup" and"drizzle". More training is needed to fix errors like this. Read more
I love Panera but they didn't put my cookie and almond croissant in my bag and I left without it :((((((((((
