Staff very nice.. ,thin pizza crust taste like a burnt dried out cracker, overpriced for small bowl of plain pasta.
First and last time from this pace ! I ordered two large pizza and two marinara dipping sauce (paid $0.80 per ), both pizzas... were not cut in to slices and they forgot to put dipping sauce in my order. Read more
My son and I got the salad bar which was pretty empty. Not how it used to be. Definitely not worth $8.99. I ordered a bunch of... food as we celebrated a birthday. It took quite a while to even get to order our drinks. They went that busy mind you.Everything I needed I had to get up and ask for it. Refills for drinks, take out boxes. I even had to find someone so I couldpay my tab. Horrible service. My bill was $75.00. I would think you would at least acknowledge my existence. THIS PLACE IS LIKE VISITING FAMILY FOR THE HOLIDAYS...full of tension, one liner remarks full of eye rolling, and overall... uncomfortableness for all customers. While the veggie lovers pizza looked good, it was under cooked so it was not edible. Ipaid extra for the original pizza crust-makes no sense to pay extra for Pizza Hut's trademark??!!.. 62.00 dollars and had tothrow out a good portion of the order.. Buyer Beware Read more
Went there recently for lunch on a Saturday. Only Ordered cajun fries and vegetarian pizza. The food was so delicious that we... ended up eating half before taking a picture. The cajun fries were crisp and really flavorful. They also had other veryappetizing options. The server was also really nice. Although due to pandemic they stopped keeping condiments. I have been in this area for over a decade, even half of that time my employment was on the D.W. and I never even noticed this... pizza hut. I saw an ad on tv and decided to order online. I thought the closest location was on Amherst street so I wassurprised when I realized there was one much closer to my house. So, with that said, I've ordered from other similar pizzaplaces online and I pick it up and bring it back home. Other pizza places are pretty much like that, you order it and either getcarry out or delivery. So, again, I was surprised when I came in to see a large area to sit down. Chairs and booths through theplace. They even have a salad bar. So, I had already paid. The cashier was incredible! I had asked another employee if I couldsit instead and she pointed over to the waiting booths. I replied with "oh, I can't eat here?" It seemed like a biginconvenience for her. She said yeah that's fine we just won't put it in a box. I just politely said "Nevermind. It is my firsttime ordering here and I didn't know there was seating, but it's okay." A few minutes later she came back out offering me atable again because she didn't want to see me stand if I didn't want to. So perhaps she realized she came off a little rude andwas trying to make it right? The food was great and I would like to order again. Super friendly service. The garlic parmesan wings and salad bar are a nice keto option. They could use a jukebox or some music.
