If you have food allergies/special food needs stay far away from here. I ordered keto icecream and they tried to give me yogurt... base instead of the keto base. They changed it and I had to double check that they used the sugar free syrup because I lost somefaith that they would get it correct and I am diabetic. My mother ordered a vegan option due to dairy allergy. We couldn'teven get past a single lick of the icecream it was ungodly gross tasting. And our whole order had mixing issues because flavorwas not deposited well and it went right into the trash. I get being busy but with the prices I expect a mixed product and theallergy friendly options to have some level of flavor and sweetness. Read more

Ordered two different ice creams with a chocolate waffle bowl for each and got the attached photo: a partial waffle bowl wrapped... up, what a joke! I also didn?t get a topping on one of them that I had paid for. Poor service! Read more

Nice place, nice staff. I give it 3 stars excuse when ordering a soy base, it is very inconsistent. There's a guy with long hair... who makes the soy ice cream as close to the texture ice cream should have each time with the marshmallow sauce and he says itcomes standard with the ice cream, but when I mention it to other employees, they seem confused, charge me for the marshmallowand the icecream is still slush. I ordered over the phone today a cherry flavor with extra cherry mix ins. He asked me toclarify at least three times and i said exactly "cherry flavor with extra cherry mix ins". When my sister brought it home to me,it was slush and there were no cherries. Still ate it because ain't no way I'm driving all the way to the shop and wait in ahuge line of people to just to get it fixed. The other bases seem fine and no disrespect intended, I think the store shouldn'toffer the soy base unless the employees are all on the same page and there's a set method to making it, otherwise you're payingfor disappointment 80% of the time. I probably will come back but only order if I see that one employee there. Definitely dogive the place a try. Again, it's a nice place, the employees are nice, it looks very sanitary there (except for the one timethe soy was expired and slurped out and back in the carton like silly putty, that was very off-putting ????). Very interesting ice-cream parlor. Plenty of room. Television available. Your ice-cream is made in front of you if you pick a... flavor or style not already premade. Nitrogen is used to freeze the mixture which will become your ice-cream. If you have anyallergies , are lactose intolerant or on a diet, they can accommodate you. Multiple toppings available. Service was good ????. Ihad the Cherry Sensation, cherry ice-cream with chocolate chips and waffle cone. It tasted good, but, the chips were very smalland the ice-cream melted very quickly. Consistency was not as thick as regular ice-cream. Small was very pricey. Deliveryavailable through the popular delivery app services. Wifi available. Discounts for veterans and students. I likedSub-Zero. Update; Sunday afternoon, August 2021; We visited the new location. I have a preference for the old location. Youcould park out front. We had to park across the street at a city parking ????? lot. The television ???? is gone. Very friendlyservice. An associate came out from behind the counter and asked all the customers if they liked their ???? ice-cream. Everyone,including ourselves, said yes. My son thought ???? he had a cookie ????, not an ???? ice-cream cone. The associate said thatchocolate is flash frozen, ???? Let it go, let it go! ???? Oops ????, sorry ????! To the waffle ???? cone. When we inquired about catering for our wedding, Rita promised the COOLEST experience and boy did Sub Zero deliver! We wanted a... unique dessert for our wedding: something our guests would remember. Since my husband and I love ice cream, this was a nobrainer. Rita worked with me to customize a menu that worked for our wedding. We landed on a His & Hers style with two options(Bernoulli Brulee and Peanut Butter Bonds) for our guests plus the memory making Nitro Breaths. Not only were our guestsimpressed and entertained by the ?magic? of their dessert being frozen before their eyes, they LOVED it. The Sensations were soyummy and the freezing process is not just fun - it makes amazing ice cream. Thankfully the team comes prepared because ourguests loved it so much that we had to increase our order on site. The best part was that the team worked so hard to make iteffortless for us. We were a Covid Couple that ended up hosting a DIY wedding so there were so many logistics to manage. ButRita was so communicative leading up to the event. She and the team - Mark & Lorreno - arrived on time, setup, served/wowed ourguests, and packed up with little effort from either myself or the groom. We got to enjoy a special treat and more of ourwedding since they handled all the details flawlessly. It was honestly such a relief to not have to worry or stop the party toget them setup. Their professionalism undoubtedly made our wedding better. We wanted a memorable dessert, but ended up with amagical memory and, as promised, the coolest picture of the night. Amazing fun experience! You can watch them make ice cream right before your eyes with liquid nitrogen. It's a super cool (pun... intended) process that results in delicious ice cream. So much fun! Also REALLY good ice cream! Very friendly staff, clean,great selection, priced perfectly Read more
