The sad truth is this place can't save itself. They change staff every few months it seems but none of them seem to be trained... properly nor care about their position. They're frequently out of product and if they do have what you want, don't be surprisedif they get your order wrong. If I had any recommendations for them, it would be a total overhaul of their system. Train them onsoft skills, reiterate the importance of pride in their product, and find out what motivates them to make them care, rather thansitting on their phones and getting the orders wrong. Took them ~30 minutes to make 3 soft tacos, a nachos bell grande, a large freeze, and a bottled water. Some guy who was there... before me left after I got my order, WITHOUT HIS FOOD. They didn?t call the right name for another order, and when asked whatwas taking so long, they were pretty rude about it. Read more
This is probably worst Taco Bell in the country. I've lived in NH for a few months and have eaten here maybe 4-5 times. They... have never gotten a single order correct to include causing me to wait up to an hour because they forgot to remake my food. I ordered online to pick up at 730, yet the doors were locked when I arrived. There was a women yelling for me to go through the... drive thru to pick up. The line is not moving and the food I ordered is getting cold. I?ve had too many issues with this place,the women just sitting there could have got my food or let me in. This location has become the absolute worst experience... I came quite often for my meals during work in 2021, after the main... part of pandemic, and even then it seemed great. Very fast, short drive-thru lines, lobby always open.. Now... it is basicallyunusable. At least around the 5:00-8:00 pm hours when I usually attempt to go. The lobby is always closed, which makes Mobileordering completely useless (or one of the workers sitting outside tells you it is, So you go to your car to get in the insanelylong drive-thru line, only to later see other people try the other door and it is unlocked, so they go in and mess up the flow).You would think the drive-thru would be fast and efficient if the lobby is ?closed?. But nope. There is always around 10-15 carsin line, and it takes about 5-10 minutes for a car to move up a spot. So, do the math, and that equals an ungodly amount of timefor a fast food meal. (Not to mention, one time I finally got my food and all the chalupa shells were completely burned andbasically inedible. The guy even had the audacity to ask me to go online and give him a good review. I will not). I don?t knowif they got new managers or something. But, you can?t use the excuse of ?employee shortage ? when I see plenty of employees inthere. I?m not sure what the problem is. And this isn?t just based on one visit. I have tried multiple times, with always thesame result. I wrote this entire long review while waiting in the line of cars. I have never left a review for anything online,but feel the need to save others from this place... stay away. I will never be coming back. This was my last time. Worst place ever, they told me my order was made correctly, so the girl lied to manager and me and then the girl tells her boss... I swore at her(which I didnot) and I was told I wasn't allowed to come pick up replacement food... because I would prove her tobe lieing... worst customer service and the manager was by far the worst I've come across.. hanging up in me and not listeningto someone who was calm while taking to her.... i wouldn't waste my time, bunch of immature people trying to do adult work Read more
I know that because of short staffing this location at has been closing at whatever time they see whether it's 10:15 10:45 11:45... or some other time before the 2 a.m. closing time that is posted on their website. Because of this I called the location atapproximately 11:15 p.m. so that I didn't place an order on the app and pay 4 Emil just to get there to be told that they wereclosed or are closing. The woman told me that no they would be open until 2 a.m. the following morning when I had called butwhen I showed up 30 minutes later to pick up my order the gentleman at the speaker told me that they were actually closed due toshort staffing which I totally understand because it is hard to find Reliable workers right now. The reason I'm leaving aone-star review is because the woman that I spoke to just a half hour earlier had told me that they would be open until 2 a.m.and assured me that that was the time that they were closing. Now because I've already ordered and now had to cancel my order Ihave to wait 2 to 3 business days to get my money back from now order and of course it is the day before Payday for me so it waspretty much the last of my money. I think it's pretty and unprofessional 2 not be able to call place of business and ask themwhat time they close for them to blatantly lie to you about they're closing time.
