Great food great service and a Texas atmosphere. Being from Texas what more can I say. They offer the option of making your two... sides into one large salad. I added my dressing to one side and finished it and took the rest of the salad home and had it forthe evening meal. It was still crisp and the croutons still had a crunch. Food was great, but the waitress Morgan is the reason for the review! She was so attentive and great at her job, and just... overall joyful. She might have provided the best service I have had from ANY restaurant, no exaggeration. My girlfriend and Iboth will come back more often just because she was so wonderful. The food was really good, like you expect from a Texas Roadhouse. I sat at the bar by myself at about 8 PM on a Tuesday night.... It wasn’t particularly busy so I was excited that I would be able to be in and out pretty quickly. In fact, the reason I saidat the bar was to avoid the wait. I’m disappointed that it took me about 27 minutes to get a chicken breast, baked potato,and some plain grilled shrimp. I also noticed that other people sitting near me ordered after me and got the food beforeme. Honestly, had the bartender/waitress said something by way of apology for the wait, I would have been fine. Anyways, I’msure your visit will go well but mine was, ‘meh’. Read more
Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My family and I waited about an hour for a table, which was fine, since they... said about 45 minutes for a table. After getting seated around 7, we got to order drinks and appetizers and also put in our foodorder. We waited awhile and didn’t get our food or any update. Not really checked on at all. We weren’t seated in a corneror anything, but in the middle of the restaurant where everyone can see us, so I don’t know why we were not checked on. Ibelieve this location closes earlier at 9pm. Around 8:45 the waitress must have noticed us waiting or the place closing soon aswe were still there and finally told us our order never got to the back. At that point, the kids were tired and hungry and wewere also, so we just decided to take the food to go. We were still nice about everything, but at least one apology about us andour order being forgotten about would have made it a little better. We understand, stuff happens, but not being apologetic, justnot one apology for anything made it the worst. Not even a “sorry about the wait guys or sorry about your order” Probablythe worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. Read more
Steak was good . (20oz) Bone in Ribeye. Fried pickles are juicy and delicious.
I want to give this place a five star rating but it just don't make the cut. The food was good and came out warm enough and... everything was just ok The service was not very good and the server obviously was having a bad day and seemed very unhappy inhis current position. Some of our appetizers supposedly went to the wrong table. Although the service was not terrible it wasjust very scripted, short, and abrupt. Read more
One of the best places to eat, food was great and so was the service Read my next review I picked out my steak and it tasked... great. My sever was the same as last week. He was great the manager was terrible. I was charged 42.99 for a steak. No whereon their menu has a 27 ounce steak. NOBODY told me I was going to pay 43 for a steak. I spoke to Carrie the manager said it isnot my fault that the host did not tell you about the up charge. Read more
