I would give this place more stars, but recently, in my last two visits, there?s one person working up front by the register... packing the bags for orders. This man has the most disgusting hands and fingers and fingernails. That second time I went,October 31st at 8:50 pm, I stood there, waiting to place my order, watching him packing bags and sure enough he had the sameblackened, long fingernails. There?s a sign just to the right of the register that says, ?WASH YOUR HANDS? in bold letters. Istood there and waited a good three minutes for anyone to say I?ll be right with you but to no avail and I lost my appetitewatching this man and walked out. I hope somebody tells him to clean up his hands so I can return to one of my favorite fastfood restaurants. I will have to go to the one on Amherst Street route 101 a until this gets resolved. I have nothing againstthis man because he looks like he?s working hard and probably like the rest of us struggling to pay our bills. I just wonder whythis can go on without him washing his hands. Somebody just please tell him to give his hands a good scrubbing, and I hope therest of him is clean to specially when working in the food industry. Read more
This Wendy?s is one of the fastest and best in the area! The food was hot, the people were capable and nice- good Wendy?s!
Place is always busy. People that work here are so down to earth and care about their jobs. Drive through is always efficient.... They must be doing something right because there is always a good staff present. Read more
Was awesome to see a Wendy?s do so well with all the challenges of staffing and rude, impatient people! The food was yummy,... service was quick and efficient and the people working were friendly and helpful. Even while it was busy, they never rushed us. Appreciated our experience today! Was the most awful experience. Waited in line for 10mins just to place the order. When they were supposed to be filling the... order the perdon left. BECAUSE SHE WAS THROWING UP!! NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!! Read more
They forget something every time without fail. I have not once ordered from this wendies and had my complete order. From either... a missing item or missing condiments. To wrong orders all together. Read more
Worst service EVER!! Make sure you check your bag before you leave the drive-thru window. This was given to me by the manager.
They don't take orders inside they just walk by you and put papers in a holder next to the register. Then run to the register... when you walk out because not one person even said we will be right with you.will never go there again Read more
