I always usually go to this wendy's but on july 27th between 6 and 6:30 was by far the worst manager experience i have ever... delt with.!! Listen I know we are all overworked, dealing with short staff and this heat but when a customer orders through thedrive in they trust the order is correct ....I have become accustomed to not believe the workers when they say"all set" so ipark and check myself(live in hudson so it's a drive) when i looked everything was MOSTLY there except med fries and sweet nsour sauce. Never was given a receipt but it's fries they dorks give me a hard time i just went through????, well the managerasked can i help you yes i respond i just went thrift the drive through and I never got my med fries and sweet n sour sauce,she then said receipt i said was never given 1 she made retell her my entire order then said with a sassy/ salty look i put itin myself i said sorry but its not walks away the prints out the receipt.....i responded i understand what the receipt says butunfortunately i never got my fries with my combo guy the sandwich got the drink i just need my fries... she continued to arguewith me over fries!!! Really if i was going to go back in and lie why world it be over fries i would of said a baconaterlol.... this went on till I got steamed then she gave me my fries with a response saying I'll give u free fries....i said itsnot free when i pd for them i just wanted what i ordered when she gave me fries she then said next time bring receipt.... thengive me a receipt!!!! This location is grossly incompetent and never gives you what you pay for. Half my order was wrong and a quarter of it was... straight up missing. Called the store 16 times and it was just unplugged. Called corporate and was on hold with no end in sight.Tried doing a live chat on the app and that never connects. And it won?t allow me to submit a complaint on the app either. Our favorite Wendy's location! Food is always made fresh whenever we order. And, the employees get it out in a timely manner.... Customer Service is good. They are friendly and professional here.
