This kills me but for the last couple years this Wingstop was our go to for Sunday (football season or not) but with the new... owners the value has continued to erode. 60+ I get fifty wings, tonight they miss one of the flavors (13 wings) so we have to goback. I ordered well done (extra 6 bucks or whatever) I get not even close. I'm now in the market for a new wing joint a weekbefore football. Read more
What a horrible place this wing stop has become. My fries were supper refried it?s taste like days old pass through the fryer... again, they put the cheese to cover the nasty mess. The wings supper over fried in tons of oil. I ask for dry rub forget it, allI got was about three tablespoons of nasty reused oil at the bottom of my box. My son in law went to pick up our dinner order last night. There was very loud rap music playing off a cell phone and all the... staff were loudly singing along. The song had numerous obscenities and the ?n? word repeated continuously. As one employeehanded over our order she was singing f? right in my son in laws face. The food was great, it was prepared exactly as I requested and the orders were complete. Where the experience fell short is in... their timeliness. I placed an order at roughly 5:25 pm and noted that I would like it ready at 6:15 pm for pickup. The optionfor "ASAP" stated that it would take about 20-30 minutes to complete an order so I figured that 50 minutes would be ample timefor it to be ready when I arrived. I was at the restaurant at 6:15 and not approached until about 5 to 10 minutes later. Theemployee went to check on my order and did not come back to tell me anything about it's status. I waited for awhile before I wasapproached by another employee who again asked me what order I was waiting for and he then told me it was not yet being made butthat they would start. In the end my order was ready at someone around 6:45 pm. The food quality was exactly what I hoped for,hot and tasty, my only disappointment was the timing. Read more
the wings are amazing! their homemade sauces are also very good. The price is a little too high for wings and their fries are... not very good, too spicy. I also was not happy about the fact that the employee convinced me to buy the loaded fries, LouisianaVoodoo by telling me they weren't spicy because of the cheese and ranch drizzle on top...yeah, I couldn't eat them at all sothat was pretty frustrating. but if you just want good wings then they definitely have that going for them. Had Wingstop food for the first time today and it was pretty good. It did take a bit longer than expected to get my food, but it... was hot and fresh when it was served to me, so that makes me happy. Their fries are also delicious. Every single fry had a niceeven layer of seasoning on them. I appreciate their packaging and care of my food also. I would definitely have Wingstop againin the future! Good wings, I think they're still getting the kinks worked out (20 minute wait), and prices are a little high ($1+ per wing) but... meals come with fries and a drink so I can't complain too much. Very friendly staff. Read more
First time going here. Wings were fantastic. The only thing not to good is the lemon pepper wings. Way to strong.
