Wish I could give them a no stars. Ordered one simple meal with 3 sides. They said they were out of Mac n cheese. So my husband... said he'd be back. He gave them the time they said it would take to make some more. When he got back, it was thesame.....we're out. Ok. Just substitute with mp. Comes with 3 sides. They put 2 in there and no biscuits. This meal with 8 pc ofchicken and 2 sides only costs 27. I called to get a refund. No answer. For over an hour...no answer. Had my mother pick up a big chicken box for me since she was in Nashville, I live 20 minutes away and have a four month old.... We'll when she dropped my food off I went to eat and discovered all I have was the fries, coleslaw, drink, and the Mac andcheese. They left the nearly $7 sandwhich out of my meal. I have tried calling several times and all I get is a dial up tone. Icannot drive to Nashville to have it fixed due to it being so close to my older two getting out of school and I may not make itback in time to get them. I am extremely upset and would not recommend them to anyone when this is NOT the first time they'veleft something large out of an order. Read more
I stopped by as I was heading home and ordered the 8 piece bucket, extra crispy, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and... biscuits. after I got home........I had the 8 piece bucket.......ORIGINAL, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, 2 biscuits and2 cookies. This is the worst food I've ever ate at Kentucky fried Chicken. The chicken looked like it has been sitting there since the... morning and have pictures to prove it. The potatoes and gravy tasted like lead and was not very appealing the biscuits werecold. The chicken wasn't even made rite there was some spots where the batter came off the chicken. It's as if the staff reallyjust don't care about the food they're serving their customers. The money I had to fork out for this nasty food is absurd to saythe least. If I was the owner of this establishment I would fire my entire crew but that's just me.this was in the evening whenI ordered my stuff and it was not very busy I had one vehicle in front of me and that was it.
