I have had nothing but bad experiences with Casey's in Nashville and will never return. My last time ordering a pizza It was 20... minutes late and the order was made wrong. The staff is lazy and rude. When I figured out that my pizza had onions on it when itwas ordered without, I called them an was trying to explain that my order was incorrect I was told that I am not allowed intheir store that the former manager Lisa was no longer working there and was hung up on. When my mother who is almost 79 yearsold took the pizza back in there to get a refund she showed them the order receipt and told the rude teenager that it was madewrong and wanted a refund she was told that she cannot speak to him in that tone and demanded my debit card to give a refundthat she didn't have. If you want good service in our area I highly recommend Pinckneyville Casey's where you will get goodservice and treated with the respect that you deserve for spending your hard earned money. Today's youth have no respect or knowwhat work is today sadly and make 3 times what I made at minimum wage as a teenager. If I could give negative stars for thisstore I would!! Read more
Friendly staff evan though working xmas day. Clean bathrooms, , well stocked lots of variety candy,snacks, drinks.
The Employees were very friendly and inside the store and the gas pumps weren't crowded... My friend and I were in/out and on... our way quickly... I also like their "CUSTOMER REWARDS"!!! Read more

Stopped for pizza 2:15 pm. They had just sold last 2 slices. Waited 5 min for a hot one. Delicious. Friendly folks.
I am a regular here and this is usually the only place in town that I will visit for convenience store items, gas, or (if I'm... too lazy to make my own) coffee. The manager and assistant managers are friendly, courteous and professional, and the employees,at least those who have been there for any length of time, are as well. The pizza is really good...which I am a littleembarrassed to say, because it's gas station pizza. It's inexpensive though and tasty. Lunch time, it's probably easiest to geta slice, as they are usually hot and pretty fresh. At other times, getting a full pie is probably a better idea, and you cancall to check the specials ? you can usually get a large for just a bit more than $10. All that said, opinions from those I'vepolled on Casey's Pizza are polarized. I really like it, but others I've talked to hate it. I don't see how, but everyone isentitled to their own opinions. Hated it. No hot food ready or available the workers were rude n disrespectful. They talked behind customers backs as well as... refused to help customers needing water for vehicle overheating. All around worst Casey's store I have ever had the bad luck ofgoing into. Read more
Ordered a meat extravaganza pizza and it was not the greatest. Who ever made that pizza needs more practice. They put the ham on... the bottom so every piece I tried to eat everything kept falling off my ????. Read more
