Very clean location. The staff was very attentive. Our food was brought out very quickly. We stopped by here on our way back... home from a long road trip so it was nice to have clean bathrooms and tables to sit. Read more
Went inside and the the counter person was wiping windows and wouldn't wait on us along with 5 other customers until I said... something to the manager and then she was absolutely rude about it then skipped our food for 3 other people that ordered afterus. Everyone working there had no smiles what so ever and they were just standing around and chatting with 10 cars in the drivethru. No exaggerating on my end I promise you. I stopped at this McDonald's to get a quick shake shake as my sugar was dropping and I needed something to bump it up before a... dinner in Saint Louis. Drive-through was backed up miserably so I pulled around and went inside and explain to the girls insidewhat I needed and they quickly made the shake and gave it to me without charging me. Read more
The service in the evening time and on weekends evening time really sucks ???? As expensive as the food is now, you would think... that the food would be prepared right and be hot. Design was cool inside. Service was horrible and not just for us. Several others ahead of and behind us had their orders screwed... up as well as drive through customers coming in. Fry grease needed to be changed a month ago, tasted horrible. Told me theydidn't have 6pc chicken nugget happy meals so had to settle for a 4pc. Upcharged me for a small drink for that happy meal eventhough i said i just wanted the kid size. We won't be back. Read more
