When you order a fry it should come out hot. Then when you request fresh HOT fries they treat you like you asked them to do the... impossible. Work on getting orders out Hot. The fries set and then they hand them out cold. ???? If I could give zero stars Iwould. Read more

$7.11 for a fish sandwich and a wimpy small order of fries. If I have to pay that much I expect crispy fries. And a sandwich... that is neat. Now when you got a Gob of tartar on one side and a little tiny piece of cheese on the other side. and then throwntogether like I don't care packaging . Course all McDonald's are bad like this. I thought I was going to get somethingreasonably cheap. I should have went in town. The main dining room was closed because they couldn't get any help. McDonald's youmake a fortune in money everyday. Millions and millions of dollars. And you're only paying $13 an hour. And that was formanagement and closers?. Get with it McDonald's. You don't have to raise prices to pay for the help. They might do a better jobif they got paid a better wage. Again this is for all McDonald's. That's not even talk about the Brookville Indiana McDonald's.That's a shame that they even have the golden arches on their building. But then again I guess the regional managers don't careanymore. This location has one of the best experiences of any McDonald's I've been to and I have been to plenty lol. They are always... fast, the service is very quick and in general most everyone is friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars versus 5 is because theperson who takes the order and collects the money has been less than pleasant several times now. Read more

I placed a mobile order tonight at 7:50, and by 8:20 my food still was not ready. So I go to the drive through, and she just... said "second window" Very rude. After waiting another 10 minutes, I finally get the the second window, and I ask what happened,and why I have been waiting for a long time when I placed my order over 30 min ago..and she said "we're short staffed." I getthat. But I don't want to pay for something that's not good. So I asked her if the food is fresh, and he response was that itwas fresh, but probably cold. And then shut the window. So I check my food, and the car behind me is trying to get out of line,so I pull up, and notice I have no sauces So I go back to the drive through, and by 8:22 that cones were done being putout??? So I have to call, and a girl comes out and gives me a bag of sauce Why am I paying for this? Everything is cold, andsoggy. I hope corporate sees this. Read more

Went there today to pick up a quick snack and ended up deciding on the 2 cheeseburger meal (lol) one with pickles and one... without. I went inside and placed my order on the touch screen menu, and not a moment after I ordered and went to fill my drinkI was approached to ask if I only wanted no pickles on one or both sandwiches. It may seem simple or perhaps silly, but I reallyappreciated that. I didn't think how it might be confusing and regardless of why I just wanted one without pickles, Iappreciated them confirming it so that they got my order correct. Very unsettling experience. I placed an order with a few modifications and because of my modifications the employee that took my... order, stated that ?you must of had a bad experience at another location? which bothered me because what does another restaurantexperience have anything to do with my current experience in the moment of placing my order. Proceeded to move to the window topay and the lady that cashed me gave me a very unsettling unwelcoming vibe. I say unwelcome because I pulled my money out to payand she acted if I had something on my hands, closed the window. I had to ask for my receipt-the attitude was not all necessary.I pull up to the second window to get my food and pulled off. I checked out my food and nothing in my order was correct. Slow, slow, slow and slow! Did I mention slow? I also find it insulting and ridiculous that you order and pay for a medium fry,... yet don't get what you paid for! The girl taking orders doesn't know how to alternate between lanes, 3 cars on the inside lanewent before she even asked what I wanted and then she said she couldn't hear me even though I'm hanging out my window as closeto the speaker as I can get! Just not a good establishment, it's chaos mixed with an inability to function properly. I live inNashville and this is why I've only been to this McD's 3 times ever! Read more
