This place was great! They let us know right up front that they were short staffed and we'd wait longer than expected. I respect... that, and appreciate that they told us ahead of time. We've been to Nashville several times, but have never been to Out Of The Ordinary. We will definitely be going back though!... Luckily, we did not have to wait for a table, but there were several people waiting when we left. It was a holiday Monday andthe town was busy. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean and neat. It had a rustic lodge feeling to it. Ourfood was served quickly and it was very good. It may have been the best pork tenderloin I've ever had! The onion rings were verygood as well. I recommend the 'bistro sauce' on them - it's like a southwest sauce on an onion blossom. This is the second time we have stopped in and ate at this quaint little restaurant on the main drag of historic Nashville. We... were seated promptly, orders were taken right away. First time dining here. Service was great. Hubby ordered ribeye steak, baked potato and salad. Steak was flavorful and cooked... perfect. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and salad. A town for tourists has the best spot to eat. So good it's the locals favorite. I had The Hoosier Tenderloin, fried. OMG! Best... thing I have ever had. A must stop by everyone. Friendly and kind people. Read more
