Service is decent. Food can be hit or miss with how hot it is. It's either super fresh or you can tell it's been sitting out for... a little while but still not terrible. You will usually have to wait a little while too but I don't fault them on this becausethey're all working just as hard as they can && I don't know if they're short staffed or not, so still be patient with thembecause they're still there trying to service you. Me and my husband enter into this is to dine we proceeded to the register in which 3 of the employee's was playing and laughing... then the 2 was at the register wouldn't take our order we stood for a few minutes I walked out because it was rude andunprofessional they needed to learn better customers services. I spoke to the manager and he try to justify there behavior it'swrong and disrespectful. That's not the first time this has happen and we don't appreciate it so I take my business else wherebecause I don't have to tolerate ignorance. Read more

The cashier was so friendly and helpful! She explained some menu items I wasn?t familiar with. Another team member let us know... that the Cheddar Bo biscuits would take a few minutes. He was also so kind and complimented my eyeshadow. Such nice people! Thefood lives up to the hype! Glad I stopped on my road trip! Read more
The restaurant was experiencing an upper level inspection. I don't know how well they did. They were cooking all food so it was... slower than normal. My chicken meal was typical Bojangles food, hot from freshly cooked and it tasted good. Some of the staffperformed like they were under siege and others performed there job as they always do. The initial drive-thru experience wasn't desirable. The girl who took the order wasn't pleasant. Her greeting was," Can I take... your order?" Then she asked my boyfriend to repeat. The speaker had a delay in it which echoed the order. However, when wepulled to the window the young lady was so customer friendly. And I told her this. I believe she is the store manager. I figuredout who the order taker was; and of course she had an ear bud in her right ear and her hairstyle was long dreads. That ear budcould easily have fallen into side dishes or chicken. So unprofessional. This was on October 21st around 7:30ish. We ordered achicken sandwich and 2 wings and 2 legs. I hope someone speaks to this young lady before an incident happens and her ear budfalls in someone's food.
