I use to work at Dunkin, and today my mom got me a coffee and that was the worst coffee I?ve ever gotten. I know when an ice... coffee is old. They needed to make some fresh ice coffee. It was watered down and tasted like it had to much dang sugar in it.Waste of money Read more
2 stars only for how nice the window girl was. The wait was terrible & it was not a terribly long line, but i get there is... staffing issues. But the biggest reason for lack or stars is BOTH my drinks taste extremely watered down. A pumpkin cream coldbrew, & the nutty pumpkin coffee. Literally about the worst ive tasted. Read more
Talk about poor customer svc. I asked for crispy bacon. I got half cooked bacon. I asked to have it prepared the way I... originally requested and after a long pause was told we can't because it will burn the machine. Wait, what?!!!! Been here 5 times since they opened. 1st time was good. Now new staff with zero customer service skills Piss poor customer... service. No management to oversee staff. Uncooked bagels. This place is very nice. The donuts tasted surprisingly fresh and the employees were very communicative. Especially when, since... this is a brand new location, they were out of milk and getting more for my coffee the woman at the window listed all thesubstitutes I could get if I didn?t want to wait and was very apologetic. Update: recently I tried rocky mount?s dunkin andthis location?s coffee and donuts are so much better (the other location?s donuts had so many flies on them, really disgusting). Read more
I decided to go inside the store this morning instead of drive thru bc it has been so slow lately. Two days ago I was in line... for 25 minutes. But this morning, I waited 7 minutes before having my order taken with no one in front of me. The lady who tookmy order also made my cold brew coffee. She was so messy. And clearly she was aggravated bc she dropped half a sleeve of cups onfloor. She never spoke and was extremely unfriendly. Poor customer service. I got my coffee and my bagel. When I got in my truckI found that they added more ice when I requested less ice, my bagel was not toasted with a small amount of plain cream cheesewhen I had asked for strawberry. Now I know why I got to my local coffee shop and pay more for my coffee and food. I am sodisappointed in Dunkin?. To be a new restaurant in a small local town they need to do better. Read more
