We wait for about 20 minutes, our waitress who served the drinks has her 2 children there, before she plan to take our order (I... guess), she toke a child with a bag to change the diaper, when she came back I saw her hand to see if she wash it, and itdoesn?t looks like she did. Don?t know who the guy was because he didn?t have a name tag but he obviously doesn?t know what?s on the menu or what he?s... doing. I came in with two of my friends, we sat down and didn?t get our orders taken for 15 minutes (only two other tables inthere besides us) The one waiter was trying to carry way too many drinks which caused him to spill them all over the peoplebehind us as well as splash it on the back of my friend. The silverware was dirty, and he told us that they don?t serveblueberry nougat waffles. Later when we got our food, my friend was almost done eating her hash brown bowl and found 2 shortblack hairs in it. Never got refills once and was asked when we were about to pay if we were done with our drinks which wereempty for a good 10 minutes. Waitress talking on phone. Had to call to get her attention. 2 inch black hair in toast. Waitress said would take some off bill.... Bacon was burnt on sides and raw in center. Had to send back and got ham. Got bill and told her she had taken nothing off bill.She insisted she had. .Finally got her to correct bill. Overall, building no very clean. We will never go back. . Went with company and sat inside to wait for our to-go order. Had to wait for our order to be taken as two waitresses were... busy doing nothing. (One was filling pepper shakers). Cook came and took our order. We had to redirect the making of our foodas it was incorrect twice. Food tasted fine but double check accuracy. Read more
