Amazing high end technology Indian Restaurant. Like its said first impression is last impression - yes moment I entered the... restaurant i was amazed by the indian decor this place had. Hanging Kites, traditional Indian umbrellas, Indian flags everythingfantastic. This place had live music even on Tuesday which fascinated me even more. We were seated right in front of the stagefor live music. It does not end here - everything is digitized here. You please the order on your smart phone and pay for itupfront from your table. You can track the status of your order on the phone like you can do for online order. And the best partwas the food is delivered by a Robot. The Robot comes and stops right next to you and you can take the food from there andRobot says Thank you! Enjoy your food and goes back to the docking station. I found it pretty impressive. Food items that we ordered were flavorful. A good variety in the menu items to choose from. I was happy about the friendly... service. Mr. Dhanraj was funny and made us feel comfortable eating there. Sambar and filter coffee - super ! The only complaintthat I have was ordering the menu online for the dine in too. It was little confusing at times. But I understand that it wasdue to labor shortage. I live here in Bellevue and enjoy this place and the people so very much. The lunch buffet Friday-Sunday is a small, fresh and... terrific. They have live music during lunch and it’s the perfect ambiance to match the wonderful staff and management. Best meal I had during my weekend trip to Nashville. We stopped by right at opening on Sunday. Seems there is a stage with live... music acts performing, we really liked the integration of Nashville culture into an Indian restaurant. I’d recommend thebuffet, we only saw typical North Indian curry, tikka masala, etc type of options… but turns out we came before the rest ofthe buffet was ready like idly and dosa - otherwise we would have done that. Then we sat down and ordered our food, wasinstructed to order online then had our food brought out to us. Coffee was great, authentic chicory. Loved the Nashville themedspoons, added a lovely touch consistent with the “chuTNey” theme throughout. My favorite was the dosa with chicken curry,best curry I’ve had in a long time. Dosas are HUGE enough for at least 2 people. We also got the egg dosa which was folded ina square and much more chewy, spongy, which I also loved. The idly tray was great and sambar was served in a special metal tinwith extra ghee - divine! Staff checked in with us, bathrooms are clean and immaculate. Very nice food ., one the best Indian food I have tried in Nashville after hearing lot of good reviews about this place from... friends. Wry good portion ., reasonably priced. Tried Ceylon Chicken Veechu parotta and it was super good . Tried Lamb keemaUtappam as well ., it was authentic Tamil taste too .
