Service and cleanliness is the issue with this location. That comes from lack of good management Counter where you are to order... food is packed full of junk and waste papers. Went to check out and the lady was more worried about her phone and textconversation than getting my order paid for. Only reason they stay in business is because they are in a captive audience area. Always incredibly dirty and unsanitary. The coffee station is always piled up with months (or maybe years) of sticky gunk, dust,... and crud. The creamer containers look like they haven't been washed in ages. And that's right when they first opened! Shockingconsidering its located within Vanderbilt Medical. Never opens on time. Food was disgusting I bought one of the vegetable trays with hummus and the vegetables were slimey and sticking together when I... tried to pull them apart they were stringing. I work at One Hundred Oaks and we would like to be able to eat on campus at aplace we aren't afraid to get food poisoning at or get sick because the food is out of date but the expiration date sayssomething else. Staff is Extremely rude! Girls behind counter rolled their eyes at me when I ordered a sandwich. Manager was on her phone... yelling at someone while she rang up my food. She also snatched a bag of chips out of my hand. I've never seen a moreunprofessional establishment. Very disappointed! Read more
