I placed a GrubHub order last night when I got my order the sides and hush puppies had been left off. I called to let them know... and I noticed the time and they were closed. So, I hung up with the intention of calling the next day. However, Carolyn calledme back because she said that she remembered the name and number. I was really impressed that she called me back after hours! Iconsider that going above and beyond her job description. She was very kind and apologetic. She told me if I came in the nextday that she would replace my sides. She was so kind and apologetic that it made me feel like she really cared about customerservice. Thank you Carolyn! I don't know if you will see this but hopefully you will and be recognized for your service. Far toomany people are not nice or caring these days.
