The people that work here are nasty and ghetto and the store itself is filthy!! A bunch of uneducated cigarette smoking... idiots!!! Please believe the 3.6 stars! I placed a GrubHub order last night when I got my order the sides and hush puppies had been left off. I called to let them know... and I noticed the time and they were closed. So, I hung up with the intention of calling the next day. However, Carolyn calledme back because she said that she remembered the name and number. I was really impressed that she called me back after hours! Iconsider that going above and beyond her job description. She was very kind and apologetic. She told me if I came in the nextday that she would replace my sides. She was so kind and apologetic that it made me feel like she really cared about customerservice. Thank you Carolyn! I don't know if you will see this but hopefully you will and be recognized for your service. Far toomany people are not nice or caring these days. I thought that the pandemic would have made people nicer but it seems that justthe opposite is happening. Read more
I'll start off by saying I used to LOVE this location and have been going to this Captain D's for many, many years. I'd drive... over 40 miles out of my way just to go to this location because the orders were correct and the food was hot and great.. Thepast couple times I've gone through the drive through, not so great. Tonight I paid 19 bucks for a Deluxe Seafood Platter andasked for the country style for the fish part.. actually what they gave me was a 2 piece fish dinner, no country style. When Ichecked it over before I pulled out of line, I told the Lady at the window and she handed me a bag with a small box with 1breadstick in it... I think our long relationship is over.. please do better! Read more

Always friendly service here. The score isnt a 5 bc the bathrooms aren't too clean.
The only one to take my order, work the window and the front was Sharia.. she needs a raise, and my bad if I spelled that wrong... Miss Lady. It took us a good minute to get our order taken, but of course it did. It would being soloed . Again, this one women,doing the job or three needs a raise. And my order was exactly what I asked for.
