Every time I order here, they get my order wrong. I've tried giving CFA the benefit of the doubt because I know that fast food... is not fun & it's hard. However, CFA touts this A+++ Customer experience, but that's only if you make their job as easy aspossible. I have a gluten allergy. Everytime I try to order a Grilled Chicken Deluxe with cheese on a GF bun, my order is wrongevery.single.time. Sometimes, I get just the chicken & vegetables- no bun & no cheese. Sometimes, I get the bun, plus a friedchicken sandwich. So I can't eat anything at all. Sometimes, I get the bun, the grilled chicken, but no cheese. This happenswhether I order in the drive through line or via Uber. I get that the work is hard, but the food is not cheap. The gluten freealternatives are even more expensive. Being able to eat a quick meal when my blood sugar drops for health reasons shouldn't bethis difficult. It really makes me feel like the staff & CFA believes that I am less than a person whose money isn't worth thetime & effort to ensure that I at least have a decent meal in the middle of the day. Service has been slow compared to other locations in town. Breakfast is particularly slow. They do pick up a bit for lunch.... However it?s just painfully slow at the drive thru even when there is not that many cars. Ordering through the mobile app fordrive thru pick up is often slower than going through the regular drive thru process which defeats the purpose of wanting tohelp out by ordering via mobile app first. The staff does not seem to have the traditional Chicfila training. They rarelyrespond with my pleasure if you say thank you. There is a lack of urgency. Orders are also incorrect at times. We love chicfilaand have been loyal patrons for years. We want the best for this team and location however it?s just not hitting the traditionalchicfila bar. Read more

Fast food as good as can be expected. Place was clean and helpnwas friendly. Took a bit of order to be taken. Sandwich and fries... were good. Do not like you have to have some one get your refill. Wish soda machines were self accessible. Read more

Slowest service I've had at any Chick-Fil-A across the country. Morning crew appeared to be very disorganized and under... experienced. Dine-in staff was prioritizing employee break meals ordered after regular customers. Read more

They're very well organized and work well under pressure. Customers should pay attention to lines as employees navigate taking... orders. The food is reliably fresh and tasty. My absolute favorite lemonade to go!!! Read more

Very poor overall experience. I ordered a large breakfast for my team for an early morning meeting. Our meeting starts at 6:45am... so I called ahead when they opened at 6:00am and placed the order. When I arrived at 6:30am I was under the assumption the foodwould be done or close to being done. I waited 30 more minutes for the food to be done. Now this wasn't a large order to feed 50people but rather 20. I asked the person at the register when the food began getting prepped and he informed me it beganwhenever I arrived. So why do I even need to call in my order in advance if it doesn't start until I arrive? Employees alsostanding around and appearing lost or they simply don't know what to do next. When I was there 8 people were standing in thelobby waiting on their food for over 15 minutes. This franchise seriously lacks leadership and proper management. This hashappened multiple times at this location so I will no longer use this location for breakfast for my team. I would rather go outof my way to another franchise than order from here again. Placing my order in drive-through was quick and easy, and the man who took my order was efficient and knowledgable about the... choices. I ordered 2 regular chicken sandwiches with extra pickles on both, and lots of mayo. The sandwiches I got had exactly 1extra pickle chip each (in addition to the 2 that are standard), and I got 2 packets of mayo. I also apparently got part ofsomeone else's order - there was a third sandwich and, inexplicably, 3 small cups of ranch dressing, but by the time I realizedit, the store was closed. They did get the mac and cheese, waffle fries, and drink right. Read more
