Not only is the service terrible here, you will get a parking ticket in CHIPOTLE?S parking lot. The correct lot to park in will... give you a ticket if you do not go through their kiosk to pay. It was lunch hr and the place was PACKED! All employees were moving like a movie being fast forwarded lol. What I loved most is... although they were busy and moving swiftly, they still smiled, remained professional, and friendly....even double checkingperfection of each order WHILE conversing small talk with customers ???? it was mesmerizing to watch! The worst chipotle I have ever eaten. Food was absolutely disgusting. Everything had an off taste to it. Meat was full of... gristle and fat. Chips dripping with oil. Trash was eveywhere. Health department should shut this place down. Read more

I?ve never experienced worst service in my entire life at a restaurant. I ordered online and got a bowl and chips. I was charged... for the chips but did not receive them at checkout. They said they would refund me when they closed. I then went into my car andopened the bowl and it was already eaten. I went back to show them the bowl and requested for it to be made. The woman workingsaid sure and then continued to make other orders in front of me and then went on her phone and left. She then called hermanager who said she?s not responsible for what happened to my bowl after I left the store and that they would not refund me orremake my order. Incredibly busy. Doors were locked in the front, only side doors were open. There is no sign saying it is ORDER ONLINE... only!!!! My order was supposed to be ready at 6pm, waited until 6:30pm for mine. Staff were definitely stressed out and I feltbad because customers were getting angry. A restaurant down the street from one of the best medical universities in the country, as well as the best children's, adult and... specialties hospitals in the country and this restaurant is atrociously slow and negligent. It's obvious they aren't grateful toserve our upcoming world leaders, doctors, nurses, teachers etc.. Seriously? This restaurant is horribly slow and fails to takecare of anything. Read more
