I?ve been to Chipotle over 100 times in my life. Been to a lot of different locations and this location is probably the worst... chipotle I?ve ever been to. First of all, how do you mess up a take out order? All you have to do is read the receipt? Secondly,there?s actually no excuse to ALWAYS be out of fajita vegetables and lettuce. I ordered a bowl with guac and somehow got quesoinstead. It?s ridiculous. I live within 0.5 miles of this chipotle and I?d rather drive 20-25 mins to Franklin just so I know Iget my order right. Lastly, talk about SKIMPING portions. A good chipotle will always fatten you, not starve you. Take that witha grain of salt the next time you want to come here. Read more
Went in at 9:15 pm. They said we couldn't eat in the lobby. They were out of rice, pinto beans, fruit for kids meal, chips, and... ice. But of course we still got charged for full meals, though half the ingredients were missing. I have never in my life seenanyone roll a burrito how mine was rolled. It hurt to watch. Are there bots giving 5 stars!?!? I?ve came here every since they have opened. Maybe 5-10 times. They ALWAYS Have bad attitudes... & are always out of stuff. Chips & roasted veggies are nonexistent. I?ve been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. Ido not understand how they have not fired all of management. They need an over haul. This place is BAD. Really bad. It?sunacceptable. First off the staff were super friendly and quick to take my order when I walked into the restaurant. The quality of the options... were nicely displayed and appeared to be fresh. At approximately 2:30pm I had no wait and was immediately greeted by a tall maleemployee from behind the counter. My order was fulfilled and they suggested the new lemonade flavor at closing. The shop lookedclean and tidy. If in the Nashville/ Vanderbilt University area check out Chipotle to satisfy your cravings. Read more
I?m extremely dissatisfied with my experience. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:10PM and it was still 8:16PM and was not... ready yet. I ordered half steak and half chicken and they did not put in the chicken. The portion was extremely small for a $12order. When I asked them if they would put chicken in it the girl behind the counter snapped at me saying ?he?s cutting thechicken now!? SUMMARY. Great location not far off the 440 exit on West End. I come here often, as it's the closest Chipotle to me. I usually... order ahead and it tends to be ready on time. Staff here can move slow though, which is the only caveat. LOCATION. Primelocation. Close to highway, free parking, not usually crowded. SERVICE. Usually pretty good, but not perfect. I order ahead sothat I can just roll up, grab my order, and leave. I got here the other day and my burrito wasn't done. It took several minutes.They weren't busy, but even after they asked me what the name was on the order they didn't get around to making it right away.This doesn't happen often, but it does happen. VALUE. Similar to any Chipotle I've been to, i.e. no better, noworse. TAKEAWAYS. Great for pickup (usually). Location is ideal, and I can get in an out quick for the most part. Still, fromtime to time they move like molasses, so be advised. They haven't screwed my order up though, and I've been coming hear for overa year. That alone is pretty impressive.
