I ordered a burrito bowl and chips and queso after fasting all day so I was very hungry. I ordered chicken but got beef. I also... wanted brown rice but got white. HIGHLY DISGUSTED! Original ingredients missing--BUGS included!!! PICS INCLUDED! I ordered the Keto Salad Bowl for a pick-up on... the Chipotle app at 8:17pm this evening & was promised it would be ready by 8:30pm. When I picked up my order & got to mydestination to open it, I found that there were no napkins & utensils that I requested & my salad bowl was missing guacamole &mild tomato salad that comes with the bowl. Okay when I tell you this was the best fast food experience I?ve had- I?m not exaggerating. The crew working was so incredible... efficient, professional, and kind! I feel deeply for the employees of this store. They clearly work really hard but aren?t given the tools they need to succeed.... Sometimes this Chipotle can be great but other times it can result in literal hour and a half wait times for a to go order place5 hours beforehand.
