I ordered a burrito bowl and chips and queso after fasting all day so I was very hungry. I ordered chicken but got beef. I also... wanted brown rice but got white. Additionally, I requested sour cream, lettuce and pinto beans but there was none. The chips Ireceived were stale. I have ordered before with no problem. I was very dissatisfied this time though. HIGHLY DISGUSTED! Original ingredients missing--BUGS included!!! PICS INCLUDED! I ordered the Keto Salad Bowl for a pick-up on... the Chipotle app at 8:17pm this evening & was promised it would be ready by 8:30pm. When I picked up my order & got to mydestination to open it, I found that there were no napkins & utensils that I requested & my salad bowl was missing guacamole &mild tomato salad that comes with the bowl. But what WASN'T missing was a DEAD FLY on my lettuce!!!!! I expect a FULL REFUND forthis order as it is absolutely NOT edible!!!!! This is the WORST experience I?ve ever had from a Chipotle!!! Okay when I tell you this was the best fast food experience I?ve had- I?m not exaggerating. The crew working was so incredible... efficient, professional, and kind! They were getting orders done quickly and playing good music all with a positive attitude.Everyone in the store was working really hard! I vote raises or bonuses for this team. Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst location ever. The employees all look like they hate working. We waited for rice to come to the... line for 10 min which didn?t bother me. It was how I was not greeted or told what was going on and the stank faces all theemployees had. I felt like I was an inconvenience for them. First time ordering online from this location. Ordered two burrito bowls and neither one was correct. One should not have had... corn salsa, but it did. Both were to have Sofritas (as we are both vegetarian) but one bowl clearly had beef while the other onehad Sofritas AND a few pieces of chicken. One had fajita vegetables which we did not request. The only thing they managed to getcorrect was the two side orders of chips with salsa, guacamole and queso. Incredibly disappointed and would not recommend thislocation (or even the chain itself). I would highly suggest that you check your plate before you leave if you order online. This was what I received for my meal.... This is very disappointing and should not be acceptable. I love eating at Chipotle as the food is fresh and not too unhealthyand I'm not going to stop eating at the chain, but I'm likely going to avoid ordering online, as it take much longer to get yourfood anyway. This order was done today, October 3rd 2021 at 6:00 p.m. if you were wondering. I also ordered chips and queso andthe queso container was just above half full, but didn't think of taking a picture as I ate that first and didn't want tocomplain, but again, this is unacceptable. I feel deeply for the employees of this store. They clearly work really hard but aren?t given the tools they need to succeed.... Sometimes this Chipotle can be great but other times it can result in literal hour and a half wait times for a to go order place5 hours beforehand. If you are looking for consistency, just go across the street to Baja Burrito. Read more
