Update: I think they solved their staffing issue as I?ve been going back without issues. And, I saw their recent health... inspection on the wall with a 99/100 score, that?s reassuring. Updated to 4 stars. Food is good. Service is slow. It?simpossible to make an order online as it will let you create an order and then say they aren?t accepting orders. It?s just asbad trying to call in an order. I tried for over an hour an was never able to get through. I called the 8th street location toask if the Main St. locations phone was out of service and was told they are short staffed so they do not answer their phone atthat location for now. I agree with other reviews who think the food is good but the service just isn?t there, it could likelybe due to staffing. It?s just not worth it right now. When the staffing and service improve I?ll for sure go again-it?s just afrustrating experience whether you?re dining in or trying to order to go. Find another location for now. Read more

I came here to eat lunch and these rude people find it ok to insult Latina customers by smart little comments. I asked for the... manager and he backed her up by her rude unpleasant comment. He says he?s denying services from me but still served my meal. Iwill show these unpleasant ungreatful creatures how decency is apparently where they are from they didn?t get any or learnedany. Really dug this place. Recently opened. Came out in on a Tues around 1230pm and sat at the bar. The Margarita I had is now the... best I've had in East Nashville. Got the Speedy Gonzalez lunch special (taco, enchilada, beans) for 6.99. can't beat that.Wasn't too busy, maybe 8 patrons inside. Staff was super cool, very friendly. I'd be back. Read more

This is a solid Mexican place. Good service, fresh ingredients, large portions, and fair prices. Mexican Street corn app would... have been better if made with fresh corn on cob but still, we enjoyed it. Tex Mex Burrito was HUGE.
