I'm updating my previous rating. I ordered online from this location today. The other day, I was told to order and pay online,... and then someone would bring my order out to my car. Today, I was told it's only from 4-9pm. The person working there got anattitude with me. Then, he hung up the phone. No professionalism at all. Needless to say, I canceled my order. This location is an absolute joke. If you plan on actually getting your food, order from somewhere else. I have ordered from... this place multiple times and I always have issues. Yes the definition of insanity. Delivery will take about 3 hours and as youcall to try to get an update you will just get hung up on. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of themselves. I havecalled before only to have the employee answer and yell at me that they were closed. No hello this is dominos, just straightscreamed at me. So unprofessional. I just want some pizza. They basically only employ one person on weekend evenings. She's great, but she's always alone at the store so they can't do... delivery and can't do curbside. The only way to actually get food from here is to go inside and pick it up yourself. That wouldbe fine if they admitted it and just didn't take other orders, but it's frustrating when you order food and it neverarrives. They will lie and say the food has been delivered curbside or has left the store with a driver. My guess is that thisis to keep their metrics for dominos corporate in line, but I don't know for sure. If you want cheap pizza and don't mind goingto pick it up, order away. If you want delivery or curbside service, pick somewhere else. Read more
The food is decent. Good for run of the mill delivery food. But a five dollar delivery charge from a pizza place is absurd.... You?re not Uber eats. Set yourself apart from the competition and it don?t charge five dollars for delivery. All it does is hurtyour delivery drivers. Hopefully they get the majority of that five dollars but I sincerely doubt it. Read more
Another reason why living in this place is like living in a really really backward place. Everything is so backward that even... doing regular things like ordering food as so many people do around the world daily, is considered a really hard, if notimpossible, thing to do. Forget about ordering food in Nashville. Not just that the food is bad in general, you should beconsidered lucky if you ever get it. I really tried. So much! Where do I start?!? Ordered 2 different pizzas and this guy didn't knock he just sat one pizza on the porch. I called and the... young lady said hold while I call your driver. She came back and said he was on his way back and that my other pizza was inanother hot bag. Wait....so my order wasn't even together?? He comes back with two pizzas but guess what?? He brought me mypizzas I actually ordered. See the pizza he first brought was not the correct one and I didn't know because it had some of theright toppings. So the two he returned to us was the ones I paid almost $40 for. I'm new to Tennessee and where I'm from thisNEVER happened! We will NEVER order anything from this location again! Read more
The WORST service ever. Called about getting the wrong pizza, and they said to call a different location. I asked if they could... just look up our address to check if they delivered it since the closer one said it was probably them, but they outright said nobecause the other location was closer. So pretty much, paid more for a pizza that was never delivered. Read more
