The owner keeps asking the reviewers to call them and talk about what the problem is and how to fix it. Just hire more delivery... drivers it ain?t that hard to figure out. Get them their food on time and you will get more stars. Read more

Will not be ordering from this place again. My story is similar to everyone else. Extremely long wait for delivery and my... apartment is only 5 minutes from the store. But I never got my food. Every time I tried to track my order on the app is wasstill being "quality checked" by the manager Michael. I tried to call twice, at 1 hour and 30 minutes after my order was placedand then 1 hour and 45 minutes after I placed my order, both times the phone had an automated answer that said my order was outfor delivery. 2 hours after my order was placed I called again and someone answered was very rude about how he was speaking andwhen I said I was looking for my delivery he said " you gone have to come get that" and didn't offer any other solution. So Iasked for the manager who answered with "what's the problem" didn't introduce himself or anything . So I asked if he was Michaelthe manager and he said "yeah so what?" I won't continue with the long details of my conversation with him but he was beyondrude, never tried to offer a solution and just kept blaming it on someone else for only giving him one driver. I don't know whois supposed.to be responsible for this store but the evening manager named Michael needs to be trained on how to speak tocustomers. And everyone working there needs to be reminded that customers are the ones who are "special" because they pay thebills of the store with their orders. Read more

Two Thursdays in a row we have ordered with almost 2 hour wait time? with that comes old food. Needless to say the third time... WONT be the charm. This dominoes has lost our business and we will be going to Slim & Husky?s for now on. Read more

These guys work hard, and they always get my order right. They never skimp on toppings. I have never been to a more efficient... pizza stand. If you have to wait an extra minute or two, be patient with the staff, you're not their only customer. If youcome in wanting free stuff or with a bad attitude they will be friendly, but firm. They don't have time for people who are"wrong on purpose." Read more

Shout out to the young lady running this store front by her lonesome. This was on the best sandwiches I've had from Domino's she... made it with pure love. The only issue I have was the smaller portion of baked apple dip. I called and she explained it to me .She was GREAT but Domino's needs do better about making changes and letting the consumers know! I placed an order for the 2 pizza coupon. We placed the order at 6:45 and at 10:15 we finally got it. We we supposed to get a... refund but that never happened. We were told 3 times ?the driver is leaving now? They told us that ?the driver said you calledher and canceled.? How could we do that??? We didn?t know her name and no clue what her number is. Pretty good! I eat here more than I should! I had one issue where my stuffed bread was undercooked . I called the store and the... gentleman sent a driver out to replace my item! I didn't want to risk another uncooked bread, I chose to get wings instead . Myorder was here 20 minutes later! Thank you guys! Update;4/25/2021 Instead say I wasn't very happy today. My order took entirelytoo long. I must say after speaking with the manager she informed me she was short on driver's. I didn't think about thiswhatsoever. I know how hard it is to keep people during thes times . I want to say thank you for being so helpful. I know howstressful that can be.
