Absolute joke of competency by this store and its employees. Ordered pizza at 5:09pm. Delivery ETA 45-55 minutes. Called store... back an hour later. "We're short drivers, will be on its way shortly." Wait another 35 minutes, call back. I ask if I need tocome get my pizza? "No, I'm looking at the driver right now that is bringing your pizza." 45 Minutes later.... call back.Where's my pizza? "I'm waiting on the driver to come back to deliver orders. Maybe you should come get your pizza if you wantyour pizza sooner." Simply amazing. There's a reason America is becoming a laughing stock because of lazy, unqualified peoplelike this. Customer service is dead. Order elsewhere rather than roll the dice with these excuses for employees and this store.Guess I'll call Shaq up next time... Buyers Beware! Read more
As a former employee, I am appaled at all of the regulations that this store does not follow. No labels on any boxes and a clear... screen when my pizzas haven't even been started yet? (Per the drivethrough employee, nice gentleman) they have given me wrongpizzas twice already after moving in to town recently. Labels will fix that at least. Pizzas are Okay, nothing astounding. I am a truck driver and I travel pretty much all over United states. I order pizza a lot on weekly basis. By far, this has been... the best location not only because of how tasty this veggie pizza was but also because the pizza was loaded with all veggies.Customer service was wonderful. I got there within 5 to 10 minutes my pizza was ready and was handed over to me with a lot ofcare and smile on their faces. All the employees were very professional and very ethical. When I walked thru the door to pick up our pizzas, Ashlee (dominos employee) was prepping pizzas, she greeted me politely and... let me know she would be with me ASAP!
