I ordered a latte through the drive thru and I did not get the coffee I ordered. I went to go inside to return the wrong order... and all the doors were locked since the drive thru was packed. This Dunky needs urgent help! Just waited 16 minutes for 2 regular coffees! Any Dunkin? Donuts worker (or customer) from any... store in Mass, RI, CT or NY knows that a Dunky should be able to serve dozens of customers in this amount of time! I ask for caramel frozen coffee which is what I always get and im handed whats suppose to be a frozen caramel coffee at dark in... color which none of the other caramel frozen coffees have been dark and its bitter can't drink the girl who fixed it had aattitude I think she must have been the lead some lead huh.Wont never got back there Read more
Extremely rude and hostile employee who appears to be the manager because she is very bossy to everyone in the facility. Would... rather boss the customers around than to ask if she can help and ask helpful questions. When I told her she had an attitudeproblem and to stop talking to me, after I told her one her team members was getting to the order, she walked up to me in ahostile way instead of letting her team mate handle the order or let me walk out. If this indeed is the manager, she isliability issue waiting to happen!!! She needs to be fired asap! Read more
I don?t usually have problems with Dunkin? Donuts but this location is one of the odd balls. Last week I ordered sausage... breakfast sandwich but they messed up my order with someone?s else. Today I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and they onlygave me a Egg and cheese sandwich. Read more
The employee working the drive through was very polite but the fact that there?s only 2 employees working and it takes 30+ mins... to get through the drive through is upsetting ( i would have opted in for going in but inside was closed) I leave 30mins earlyto be sure I can make it to work on time and with being stuck in the drive through (with cars behind and in front of me withouta way out to leave) it?s got me running 10+ minutes late today. I love Dunkin but if there?s not enough staff to operateefficiently then the location shouldn?t be open for business. Read more
I can tell the staff are trying their best. But I have never once come here and got what I ordered. They are always out of at... least one thing I order. And drive thru is always about 20 min or more. Dunkin needs to get it together and keep these guysstocked. Read more
Place used to be top notch until new management took over. Had a absolute horrendous experience with James the manager. Rude,... unfriendly, slow, and they have no idea what?s going on. No excuse for the treatment to customers happening there. Read more
