Update 8/20/22: Unfortunately. I think ElPaseo has lost a good bit of its touch. The drinks are ok but the food is rather blah... now. I had the tacos and there was just nothing special about them. In short, my group sat around for 15 minutes without being served on what looked like a slow night so we left. There were flies... EVERYWHERE outside. So bad that the table next to us left without eating their food. I’ve eaten there once before and the foodwas good but the service is poor. Read more
The salsa was AMAZING! Best I’ve ever had. I got a steak quesadilla with rice. Never seen white rice at a Mexican restaurant.... I did not like the rice. The steak was in small pieces and lacked flavor. Also there was more cheese than anything(actually toomuch). Won’t visit again! Read more
I had a small wedding (more like a dinner party) here and it was amazing! The staff went over and beyond to accommodate us. We... had about 16 people in 2 tables in our own semi-private section. They even played the wedding march as I walked down the"aisle". We could have chosen catering but instead everyone ordered off the regular menu and all the food was fantastic. I'm so happy and excited for this new restaurant! It deserves 5-stars for its wonderful atmosphere, location, service, and... drinks. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our food, but we both agreed that it was mediocre compared to nearby restaurants with similarmenu options (the competition is fierce in Nashville). I hope and trust that the menu will expand, and the flavors will improvewith time. Overall, 5-stars! Read more
Food is delicious - especially their steak fajitas (personally my favorite Mexican restaurant in Nashville for the order).... However, the place itself is unreliable. They are unexpectedly closed way more often than they should be and do not keep up withany sort of social media to relay when they will be closed. It's really frustrating making a decision to go there only to showup and it's closed. They have made improvements over the last year but I really wish they would just be open. They also neverhave their online ordering option turned on which can be frustrating. Read more
