The service was Great! Food was okay. The dining area was clean and quiet. Ideal place to host a meeting.
We normally go to the one in Hermitage, which to me is much better. The food is hot and it fills you up. This location came up... closer to us, it was late and we live two hours away, so we went there. The price was higher and the food portion was smallerand not hot. The cashier was very nice. As soon as we sat down, we was done and my daughter wanted to order more, because theportions was so small. I didn't care too much for the location either. But I love eating at Fazoli's when we come across one. Read more

Could be a 4-5 star review. Food is usually fresh. There?s just either always something forgotten out of my order or barely any... sauce on my food. One time it was the chicken missing to my Alfredo. Next time it was the Caesar dressing for my salad. Anothertime it was my extra bread sticks. Never really been consistent. I hadn't been here 12 years, and since I was back in my hometown I had to stop by just for the Baked Spaghetti I loved as a kid.... Drive thru only, so that was a bummer , but it's just as good as I remember!! Even my kids loved their pastas and bread sticks Read more
3 stars may seem harsh, but I rarely give a fast food establishment anything above 2 stars. At my visit, the crew at this... location was friendly and competent. And the food portions were impressive and served on a plate. My guess is that the food isas good as it can be considering the kitchen, ingredients and menu don't allow room for much creativity, so the food has an allaround sameness. They was very fast & polite, took my order & got it ready fast & correct. The inside was very empty of customers, it was only 2... other tables w/customers & the employee that took my order was the one to walk around & give out the breadsticks & check on uscustomers.
