Staff didn't seem to care. I was expecting a fresh wrap but was served a pre-made wrap straight from the refrigerated case.... Flavor was pretty bland. Definitely not worth it. Read more
Honesty if some of these people don?t want to be there to work, then please don?t be. They have the worst ever costumer service,... they try to ignore you while you stand there to order then when you order they act like they are a victim and we are abusingthem for ordering. Horrible customer service! I asked for the kids grilled cheese sandwich?they rung it up gave the sandwich and an apple, then I... asked for the apple juice and the guy said they weren?t doing juices because they were short staffed, and to order a smoothie?soI asked for as smoothie and the guy who didn?t look like he wanted to be there, got rude with me and told me to get a soda or acup of water! I felt the chicken margarita panini was dry and very hard to chew the tomatoes and chicken was icky tasting. Did not even... finish and I was starving hungry. Sweet tea was kinda sour to me. Hopefully the other menu items are better quality. Read more
Food court was packed, but no lines at this place. My daughter wanted a sandwich. Walked up to order and the girl at the counter... was on her phone with earbuds in having a horrible yelling fight with someone. Guy at the cash register never looked up. Iwatched the girl tap on her phone and then touch food without washing her hands and no gloves. No wonder nobody eats there. Wewalked away. Read more
I am very surprised to see the terrible reviews for this place. I visited this week and had a great experience. Kat made my wrap... and her recommendations were perfect. I got the pomegranate smoothie as well and it was much cheaper than I expected. Theproduce that was set out looked fresh. I was stuffed too, what seemed like a small meal was the exact opposite. DO NOT GO to the one at Opry Mills! SO RUDE. The young female working the register today at 1:30 pm was EATING chocolate and... LICKING HER FINGERS while at the register. Then she had to finish up on her phone while my family and others in line waited. Shetreated us like we were wasting her time by trying to pay for our food. Many walked away and did not make their purchases. Wecontacted the health department about eating chocolate and licking her fingers while handling our drinks. Read more
