Sat at the bar. The smoked pulled pork sandwich was good. The wife enjoyed her white bean chicken chili. The place is tucked in... the Gaylord Opryland hotel. Read more

Located inside the Gaylord Opryland resort, the Jack Daniel's Restaurant does Southern comfort food right. They smoke their BBQ... meats for 24 hours on site. The entire place has the smooth, laid back, charm evoked by the Jack Daniel's brand. Dinner wasgreat. The brisket burnt ends appetizer was the star. The tender burnt ends melted in your mouth. My companion tried the classicburger and she was pleased. I had the mac and cheese topped with the tender, saucy brisket. It was divine. An excellentcombination of flavors -rich cheese sauce, sweet red onions, smoky bbq and tangy pickles. I'd love to visit again. Oh and ourwaitress, Lindsey, was fantastic. Attentive and sweet. Thank you for your friendly service and welcoming conversation. Read more

We came to visit the famous JD restaurant for lunch, we were with our 6 year old son. We asked for juice options, asked about... some photos food we saw on google maps, the waitress seemed to be impatient with us, saying that was just what was on the menu, and that this is a bar, and the options are restricted. My husband doesn't speak American English, and she seemed even moreimpatient. I work in a chain of luxury hotels in the Caribbean, and I work with people 24 hours a day, and I believe that eachperson, each one, deserves the best in a place like this, especially when we are paying dearly for it. Here's a tip for yourteam to have perfect service, because I know that's possible. In the hotel chain I work for, the motto is: It's my pleasure? toserve you! By the way? the food was great! Food was very good. Drinks were well made and they have a sitting area if you just want to hang out. Highly recommend the salad... and the wings. Read more

Full transparency, I came in with low expectations of just another smokehouse. I?m from Texas and have very high expectations of... brisket. Service was excellent, very friendly and the noise level was not bad. I was blown away when I tasted my brisket and Iam so sorry I didn?t get a picture! It was delicious!!! I hated they put sauce on the brisket!!! It doesn?t need sauce. It wasso good just on its own. Delicious flavor. The mac n cheese was not delicious? The yeast rolls? those are FIRE!!! So sogood!!! I could have eaten the whole plate!!! The banana pudding was good just super sweet. All in all I would definitely comeback. Read more

Not the best dining experience. We sat at the bar to eat because they did not have any tables for 2 people available. The... bartenders were not very receptive to the people sitting at the bar. We asked for sauce and waited several minutes before havingto ask again. The BBQ sandwich was very dry and did not have any coleslaw or sauce on it. The burger and fries were pretty good. The food and drinks were pricey for the quality provided. Read more

#1 thing about this place is the staff. From the minute we were greeted by the host to checking out with the server, they had... the best attitudes and we're helpful with us trying to get in and out quick to make an Opry show. Drinks are delicious andstrong. we shared a bunch of apps (pictured) for four girls and they hit the spot. All were tasty. Read more

I went to Tennessee and I SWEAR that they will put bbq or hot chicken on anything and everything and guess what, it?s DELICIOUS!... My sister and I visited Jack Daniels at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. After about a mile walk, we were finally there! Whew! Theservice was top tier! The wait is long for seating, but if you walk into the restaurant and there?s seating at the bar, youdon?t have to wait and that?s exactly what we did. The brisket quesadilla with the white barbecue sauce was nothing short ofamazing. The Lynchburg Lemon Drop is the menu?s most popular drink and I definitely can see why! Tasty! The food came out sodamn fast yall! As soon as we placed our order, we turned around to the sizzling and popping of pork rinds and the smell of bbq. They give you white barbecue sauce with the pork rinds, but I?m a little ghetto so I?d rather had hot sauce on mine. You feelme? I wasn?t really a fan of the banana pudding but I still give this restaurant five stars anyways for EXCELLENT customerservice! PS: There?s a $35 fee for parking at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel if you?re not a guest, but if you eat at Jack Daniels, and you have to eat there, they will validate the parking. So don?t worry. Eat, enjoy, swag your hips to some country music atnine, and have a good time! They?re so friendly there! Follow for more!! I might be in your city next! ???? Read more
