In the past, I've had great experiences at this location, but s since the pandemic began, it's really gone down hill. There were... nights I stopped by when they were suppose to be open and told they were closed in the drive thru. People I know have statedthat they thought the place was closed permanently because they are never open when they've stopped for food. The other night myboyfriend and I decided to see if they were open and I was excited that they were and ready for some good food. The boy takingour order must've had trouble hearing him give the order since he kept asking questions at the same time my bf was giving aresponse and his tone of voice was rude from the beginning asking were we ready yet. When we approached the window, he took ourcard to pay for the food then handed us the first drink and said "Dr. Pepper." My boyfriend replied "diet Dr. Pepper?". The boygot mad and rolled his eyes and repeated "Dr. Pepper." My bf told him it was suppose to be a diet and he yelled "that's not whatyou said" when my bf responded, a female in the window disagreed that my boyfriend didn't say diet bc she heard what he saidtoo. Perhaps he didn't hear diet because he was busy saying small medium or large? at the same time, rushing us. They fixed adiet drink and handed it to him and began to argue that that's not what he said. Of course my bf told him to stop being rude anddisrespectful and the boy snapped. Told my bf "why do you think your tough?" "Stop trying to act like you're black!" And somemore rude racial comments before asking did we want our money back? My bf said yeah. They gave him a refund and I wasdisappointed because I really was wanting Jack in the box since it had been so long and I was hungry. We went across town towhere we were headed and stopped at another one. Sad to say, it was permanently closed down. So the chicken sandwich was awesome. Like one of the better fast food ones out there. Fries were on point too. We got a taco...... guy.... one of the worst thing I have ever seen or tasted. It's hard to describe. Picture you left a pizza out on the counterfor a few days. You know how the crust turns into a rock? It was like that. Don't do tacos there for real. Read more
I have been craving the tacos for sooooo long that I made a trip here before heading back to KY and while the service was great... and the people were very nice the food not so much? so I ordered 8 tacos and yes I know that?s a lot but I wanted to have someto eat at home too and out of those 8 there were 4 that had little to no meat or cheese at all? I was so sad and unable to goback so I just ate what was a taco with just lettuce and salsa cause I was so hungry. I get it if they were running low on themeat but they could?ve at least told me so I could?ve got something else? my kids chicken nugget meal was good but like I saidif they would?ve told me they didn?t have enough meat I would?ve been okay with ordering something else for my money?s worth. Fantastic. Tacos were better than some authentic Mexican spots I?ve been to. Crew was so nice but they had it way too hot in... there I know they be dying in the back tryna cook in this heat give them some A/C for christ sake. This is the worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to and I've been here at least 5 times because I was hoping the next time would... be better than the last but I was wrong. Even when there are no cars in the drive thru the wait time is always more than 20minutes long. This last time I went I had to wait for the employees to get done smoking in the bushes just to take my order.Maybe day shift is better but the entire night shift needs to be retrained for sure.. like where's the manager?? Burger was dry, like need to wash it down every bite dry. Best part was the tiny tacos and the biscuit.
I grew up on the 2 tacos for $0.99. They are NO LONGER that price, but considering that was over 40 years ago... and NOW they're... only 2/$1.39, I can live with that! Did you see the picture? ???? I always request extra lettuce and put 2 packets of sauce oneach one. We were traveling to see our daughter, but this was DEFINITELY a highlight to MY TRIP. Probably the rudest people I have ever meet. The Establishment had their lobby closed at 6:00 p.m. when I asked why the lobby... was closed they never wanted to answer the question. They acted like I should have been grateful that they took my order. Ipersonally think that no one should go to this establishment whatsoever. We need to start flexing our customer power. At the endof the day body talks at the rest walk. So therefore I'm not going to spend my body at an establishment that talks down to me. Read more
