Store #4005 - I placed an order and the wrong order was written incorrectly. After waiting for my order, I informed the staff of... my order and was told I told him something different! I am sure I know my order!!!! The issue is that the music is too damn loudright next to where orders are placed and they should consider calling out grill orders so I would have a chance to correctthem! I ordered online so it would be ready when I got there. Time said it would be 15 mins, and ready at 11:47a.m.. I arrived at... 11:45. I waited till 11:55a.m. and watched 5 people walk in after me, place there order and their food was made, then leave. Whydo you have an order ahead option if you don't make the food till I arrive? Why not insert it into the make line in front ofperson that walked in after my order printed? I hope you fix this issue because I love your food. Read more
