Tabatha has got to be the worst employee that could have ever existed. Especially as the manager/supervisor you should have at... least better customer service skills. I paid a lot of money to have my pizza delivered and the service your establishmentcontracted (DoorDash) never delivered the food. You refused to improve the experience whatsoever and proceeded to say "I don'tknow what you want me to do". Even a 10% discount and resending the item would have made me feel about it. Nope. How disappointing, Jet?s is so great in my home city! I guess I should have read the reviews. I was so excited to get a heart... shaped pizza and garlic bread for my boyfriend and surprise surprise, neither of them were heart-shaped. I called, fullyexpecting them to rectify the situation, and this dude was literally like ?Okay, is that all?? Good place, large selection of pizza and ways to customize it. I ordered small parmesan chicken, couldn't eat all of it and had... some slices left for the evening. Pizza was good, juicy with a nice crust on the sides. Place is clean and service was good. Read more
The pizza was nasty, small and overpriced. The bread sticks were nasty as well. The dipping sauce tastes like garbage. Inglewood... location dropped the ball because I will never eat Jets pizza again! Roma right up the street and is a better deal and tastehell lil Caesars pizza and sauce taste better and half the price. Read more
