The service was terrible, staff was slow and just chatting amongst each other. Seemed to be bothered by people arriving instead... of hiding it better. They almost didn?t sit us because our assigned waitress was ?overwhelmed? yet she was sitting down crackingup with another employee the whole time so we had another waiter who said he?d attend us. we came here for lunch around 1:30 pm and it was super busy, they were out of salad and chicken tenders, and their soda was... watered down. plus the people working weren?t being very sanitary and you could clearly see behind the counter. Read more

We went on a Thursday night. It wasn't super busy when we arrived around 5:30 PM, which was nice. I will say everything was... good from the service from our waitress to the timeliness of how we got our food to being in and out of the place fast. But mygoodness it was expensive for no reason other than being in the mall? $47 for 2 burgers, 2 fries (order one they are hugeportions) and a milkshake. Just way overpriced. The young girl who waited on us was busy with other tables, but still was trying to be attentive to us. She was friendly and... fast, despite how busy they were. The prices are a little steep for a burger place, but the side quantities are big. Read more

How can the write ?sorry we are short staffed? with 12+ ?working?. Half just walk around doing nothing and others sit at the... bar. We wait at the table and service is slow. And how is it possible to serve soda if they have no ice? Then you HAVE to offera substitute. And burgers are expensive and small. Will newer go here again. No tip. Read more
