Went yesterday and got a small all ginger juice, $8.45 usd, everything was fine. Go back today the young girl tells me it's $10... + usd.. I explained her that I got a ginger juice yesterday , pure ginger and it was $8.45 , she said only ginger... that willbe $16 + usd.. so I left. I come here often since it's close to my work. The last few times have been a definite MISS for me. Customer service needs to be... much improved, with a thank you after ordering. The smoothie bowl was watery and tasteless, with hardly any toppings. It didnteven look pretty. On top of that...its 2021, if you're serving smoothie bowls the least you can do is have gluten free granola!At this point I would rather travel out of my way to get a higher end bowl. This was the first Juice Bar I ever visited so it remains my favorite location!! Ever since my family moved to Nashville we?ve... been huge fans of this place.. The prices are reasonable and the ingredients are fresh enough.. But it?s just such a greatoption to grab something healthy and simple while running around the city.. New locations are popping up constantly but this oneis just blocks away from most of the recording studios that I find myself working out of in Berry Hill.. The staff here has beenbeyond helpful and super friendly literally every time I?ve stopped in.. And I can?t remember a single time that I wasn?tsatisfied with what I purchased here..
