One the only KFC's that actually have their dining room open. Was given just whatever pieces and types of chicken they thought... I'd like. Don't bother ordering what you want just give them a $20 n hope for the best. It's like mystery meal for lunch. Thefolks there can't read so it doesn't matter what you order. I've been waiting half an hour and they don't give me the order, it's a lie that they give fast, it's very slow.
I'm country and I like chicken gizzards every now and then instead of chicken all the time. Many KFC have chicken and livers... but this location has both gizzard and livers and it worth my drive to come to this location and get my gizzard on. Read more

Ordered online, made me go through the drive through ( after it was marked as ready for pickup ). Had me wait at least 20 (... still waiting ) minuets in front of the store after going through the drive through . They brought out orders for the wrongpeople next to me. My tea jug was half empty. I've watched 20 cars be served and leave going through the drive through whileI've been waiting. Staff was great. Every single person working there checked in on me while I was waiting. Store was cleaner than any other KFC... I've ever been in. Food was hot and fresh and well made, albeit a little slim on sandwich sauces. Not the best area of town-sandwiched between two of the highest crime areas in Nashville, but I felt safe and didn't have any issues. View is also amazingoverlooking the river and downtown ! This place has the worst food a store can serve. The food is either cooked in old grease or reheated and served. I have had to... return food so many times here that you can't pay me to eat at this location. The last time I ordered food here I had to justget my money back and go. I will never eat at this location ever again in my life. Read more
This store has great management and they always manage to keep things clean and tasty even though it is very busy
