Ordered 2 combos, they then tell me they do not have ANY drinks. I told them that was fine, but asked if it would be more... expensive bc I?m not ordering a drink? ?Yep??..really? ?Bc we have no drinks.? I even asked if they could just discount thedrinks off the combo and they would not. I mean if you don?t have any drinks, fine..but then to expect me to pay more for less??Not the best attitude from the get go also..Ridiculous. Read more
by 7 PM, all the lights on the building and the sign on the building are out, it is very sketchy looking and I?m sure women are... afraid to go there. At the drive-through, you have to wait forever and the ice cream machine is always broken and people arealways having to pull off to the side to have their order completed. I came and had to wait 18 minutes! I would understand if it was crowded but barely any people were there and one guy just got... himself a drink and was chilling- like I would understand if you were on break or smth but really? And when I walked across thestreet back to my job I had to wait another 10 minutes just to open my bag and they forgot something. I wasted $8 just to getnothing when I already had a big order. I ordered hot cakes, they were not hot, nor was there any condiments, syrup or,butter only salt and pepper. Who puts salt and... pepper on hot cakes??? I guess it's time to stop patronizing this McDonald's too. Read more
Typical frustrating McDonald's BS. Young lady taking orders says over and over "is that all". Correct the order until she says... it back to me correctly. Then I get to the window and different young lady says my order incorrectly, so again I say what Iwant. Wouldn't you know it, I go wait at their THIRD window and they still get it wrong! This was not a difficult order either.ONE cheeseburger meal, ONE McDouble meal, and ONE McChicken. Glad I drove off and not check for accuracy. So frustrated ???? Read more
This is the absolute worst McDonald?s. I came here today and all of the staff caught an attitude. They constantly send you to... the third window and continue to be rude. The lady went off on my friend and I when we tried to tell her what we got. It wasabsolutely ridiculous. Never in my life have I ever wrote a negative review but she was horrible. She?s elderly and clearlyupset with her placement in life but that has absolutely nothing to do with the customers. Get a new job. Don?t stay miserablebecause it reflects! Disgusting behavior. Understaffed. Waited for 20 mins on the curbside pickup. Walk inside and there were lots of people waiting. The line outside... kept moving, and I realized they were taking care of them before the others. I guess they are doing this to keep the line frombeing too long. Rude as hell, but I understand the frustration for real. They were in the weeds. No one was taking ordersinside. Just an overall managerial mess. Slinging food to the window and nowhere else. I only bought a burger and had to leavebecause I had to be somewhere, but only after waiting 25 minutes. Wasted 3 bucks. Will not come back. Never had the chance toeat the food. Still here fifteen minutes later to just pay....?? Like I guess the lobby just ain't possible. Telling me "I'll be right there"... with a CLEAR SCREEN. OK that's great. Demetrius does nothing for customers at the counter. So much attitude for such a smallman he just waits for customers to get frustrated and leave so he can laugh at them.
