Was here yesterday around 7:00 pm. There were two other people inside at the time and no one in drive thru. The inside was... completely trashed. There is no reason for this location to be as abused as it is. They really messed up when they ?re-modeled.?It is very gross inside and just feels depressing to be in there. I have attached photos. Food was good. Fresh. Attitude in full force. Ordered my food and went to restroom. By the time I came out I knew my food had... to be ready. Didn't order much and it was simple. 2 bags sitting on counter. Lady catches an attitude with me cause I didn'tcheck the bag myself to see if it's mine. HONEY I ain't going in someone else's food. Better start getting sticker labels forthe receipt to put on side and we won't have to look inside. Also didn't wanna hand me my cup. Worst McDonald?s ever been too. Everyone is so rude and they do not double check the orders I had to correct my order three... times before I finally got what i ordered. And when you mobile order they don?t even tell you to pull forward on drive thru andthey just look at you like move. All the employees are just staying around talking to each other and make customers wait untilTHEY are ready to help. I wish there was a no stars because this location doesn?t even deserve one star. This is the worst McDonald's in the country that I have ever been too. The employees are disrespectful to the customers and each... other. Myself and several other customers waited on our food all of us commiserate how never has a McDonald's fallen so farunder the expected customer satisfaction. The only part of the restaurant that seemed to work was the drive thru. As we allwaited for our food on the inside the customers in the drive thru got top notch service. The older lady who was bagging the foodfor the drive thru kept snapping at the young man in a white shirt and tie. No employee wanted to step up to help the customer'son the inside. The older lady kept yelling to us that we needed to use the kiosk. But the kiosk requires a credit card which Ididn't bring in with me. I am so happy that I was traveling so that next time I come to town I will know ahead of time not tostop there. Poor service left a bad taste in my mouth. I took a couple bites of my quarter pounder (not a thick burger by any means) when I got back to work and found it to basically... be seared on the outside and raw in the middle!!! Stomach is currently doing flips sitting at my desk. My guess is using afrozen patty didn?t cook it all the way, but seriously. This is a health hazard. Read more
I wish I could give it NO STARS!!!The worst McDonald?s .I?ve been to in my entire life !!!!! I went there order a McDouble and... small fry combo and an extra large fry. The guy at the drive through was rude and kept asking what else!!!! Really!!!! Whateverhappen to saying is there anything else I can help you with? Not what else. Customer service is terrible. Then I get my food.The fries were so cold and my McDouble look like it?s been sitting in the warmer for 12 hours. I threw the fries away and took abite out my sandwich. This particular location is right on the way out of Nashville and depending which way you come to it is a bit tricky to get in... an out to Hillsboro Pike. Besides that, it is your typical McDonalds with the new modern layout, electronic ordering stations,and even a kids playground inside. I would certainly recommend it for medium to large groups, but parking could be an issue.Finally, keep in mind that if you park close to the entrance on the way in it is easier to exit through the small road behindthe Exxon gas station next to the restaurant. Sat at the drive thru speaker for about 7 or 8min and nobody said anything. The car to my right left because it took so long.... The car behind me was asking me if they were even open. I ended up leaving as well because i had to get to work. This was around11:30pm. As I drove out, I could see a person inside working. There were two cars in the drive thru waiting for the window.Seems this place was short staffed. I haven't had Mcdonalds in years and maybe this is a sign that I shouldn't start. Read more
