This is a very well run restaurant. I'm familiar with the 3rd shift, but I can tell management is the real deal. Not only are... the restrooms clean, the parking lot has no litter. GREAT NEWS now open 24 hrs . This is the Airport McDonald's so it's theplace to go before or after your trip to the plane station. Everything made excellent and efficient. Sat in drive thru line for over an hour to get a mobile order. The 2 young girls at the window were more concerned with trying... to call some guy they liked. They paid me no attention, cussed repeatedly & acted like I was bothering them by being there. Myfood was not ready, didn?t have the ingredients to make my frappe, and food was cold & tasted horrible. It seemed like I went toa club, not McDonalds? very disappointing! Read more
I was the only person in the drive-thru at 3 am. I waited 10 mins, nothing. So I pulled to the window, there were 3 employees... leaning on the counter. Hands down the worst service ever. Middle finger to McDonald's, what a hole. If you have an appointment,skip this place. Read more
It?s 10:20pm and service was awesome! Food is fresh, service was friendly, and the order was on point. This is rare for... mcdonald?s (our first time at this location) ,especially at this time at night. We had a long flight back to Nashville and thiswas a good ?welcome home.? Read more
The sign right beside the drive-thru clearly states that you can buy either a quarter pounder 10 piece chicken nugget or Big Mac... and get the second one for a dollar. I tell the woman that I want a Big Mac and a 10-piece chicken nugget. She proceeds to tellme I can only buy a 10-piece chicken nugget and get the other one for a dollar. I told her that's not what the sign says. Shesaid that her manager told her that I could not do that. I took a picture of the advertisement with my phone drove up and said Iwant to speak to the manager. He then comes to the drive-thru. I was trying to tell him what the cashier said. He rudelyinterrupts me and says what is your order. He never apologized for the inconvenience and the inaccurate information that thecashier told me. He then takes my order and walks off. I told the cashier I told you that's what the sign said. She then has theaudacity to laugh at me. Honey you need to be laughing at yourself. You work at McDonald's as a cashier , you don't even knowwhat the current special is. I know I'm not the only customer that had attempted to place an order like that. Tried to order a chocolate smoothie, machine was down. Went to order a mango pineapple smoothie, oh the machine was being... cleaned. Settled for a sprite, guess what. Was told we don?t have sprite. No sprite?! Who doesn?t have sprite. Is your drinkmachine down too?! Oh and did I mention this was after waiting in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes and couldn?t evenorder a beverage. They are *NOT* open 24 hrs even though there?s a huge banner that says so. I went there around 3am Saturday and saw two... employees sat in the dining area just chilling. I kept knocking but they seem to have soundproof glass. Cars were lined up,waiting, waiting?and waiting. Good luck calling because they also do *NOT* answer. Read more
