I urge you to hire people that have basic home training and know common manners. Please, Thank You, You're Welcome. While... entering the store today 2 managers were walking out to get into their car. The 1st The 1st Manager walked out and held thedoor For the 2nd manager.. The manager sees me coming to the door but instead of grabbing the door she lets it hit her in theshoulder and wouldn't even push it open for me. When I told her thank you, She replied with it's not her fault that I didn'tgrab the door. If I was a manager I would hold the door for our customers. Not let it slam in their face and then respond Withit's not my fault you can't grab the door handle. Is this really what we're promoting as McDonald's customer service. Theemployees you value are treating others like TRASH. Such hateful attitudes. Read more
Check your bags and food to make sure everything is there. I ordered a happy meal and two ten piece nuggets. They only put one... nugget and no toy in the happy meal. It?s too far to drive back after getting home. There was a ton of employees but only acouple were actually working. The guy taking money was eating while working. Do better McDonalds. Read more
DON?T go to this McDonald?s. It?s absolutely the worst one out there. I had no choice to go to this one due to brick church... being remodeled right now. I got a quarter pounder and it was UNCOOKED, and I mean PINK inside the burger. Also got two Big Macswith extra Big Mac sauce and they charge 30 CENTS for extra sauce on each burger and one of the burgers didn?t even have cheesenor Mac sauce on it. If I could give a negative 5 stars, I certainly would! My husband ordered 20pc. Chicken Nuggets, a Cheeseburger and 2 fish... sandwiches, it was $21.00 and some change. When he got home the nuggets, fries and cheeseburger was cold.....and guess what, NOFISH SANDWICHES. Called about 20 times and no answer! Please don't patronize this place!!!!! Read more
This is by far the worse experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I waited out the store for 15 mins on some cookies and... finally walked back to drive thru window cause doors where locked. When I ask bout my food they had no idea I was still waiting.So when I get home to finally eat I took few bites in my food and it tastes funny and this is why it didn't taste right theburger was still raw. Worst McDonald's ever. Staff couldn't care less we were there to patron the store. Took over 15 mins for someone to take our... order, then it got worse. Took another 40 to get my food. I am not exaggerating one but. Placed orders at 9pm by 9:35pm all ofus in the lobby started complaining because NO ONE was putting out our orders. Manager (shift leader) was in sight but avoidedhuman interaction. I clearly saw he removed all the lobby orders from the screens to make it appear as tho the orders werefulfilled even though they were never given out then forgot (or didn't care) to follow up to make sure they went out. I had justflown into Nashville and wanted a quick late dinner for my family and this was a terrible mistake. Do NOT EAT HERE. Read more
Been at this McDonald?s for about 40min is 10:33pm .. and let me tell ya?ll, it looks like the manager really cares about this... McDonald?s .. really slow and really bad service . Taking forever to take your order . Employees in the front on there phones ..horrible . Manager needs to step it up. Read more
I have watched this McDonald?s decline, The service at night is horrible. The teenage employees are playing on the mic in the... drive thru and taking their time taking orders like there isn?t a manger on shift , also the coffee in the morning taste likewater but at least the morning staff are more mature . Very disappointing all around . Also they have employees in the drivethru that are telling customers the wrong amount for their food , then when u get to the second window they try to charge yourcard again .
