I've visited this place in the past and had great food and experience. This last visit I tried ordering online. When I arrived... there was a hand written note they were closed. Staff is short everywhere, and they offered to make my food the next day when Icalled, so annoying but not a deal breaker. They read off of my receipt yet still gave me the wrong order and did not give meany of the extras I paid for. The food wasn't the same quality and the chips tasted like old oil. The birria tacos were ok, kinda fatty, the korean bbq taco was horrible, at least I hated the flavor it must have had fish sauce... tasted like @$$ haha, maybe some people like it. Not for me. . Fish taco was ok but nothing out of this world. Read more
Honestly I?m very dissatisfied with Oscars, I used to go at least once a week maybe every two weeks now I will not be going... again. There?s been multiple times in my orders have been wrong but I keep going back because I love their food, but I had anawful customer service experience I ordered two separate kinds of dips/chips and receive no chips with them, I called backtrying to get a resolution and they told me that they could refund me for the chips but not the dip so now I?m sitting here withguacamole 8 ounces, and cheese dip 8 ounces and I?m not really sure what I?m supposed to do with it and I?m $10 poorer. I was onmy way to work so I wasn?t able to go back. I guess always double check your orders before you leave I should?ve known betterwith them by now. Read more
Excellent service, great food. Loved my Huge Carne Asada Quesadilla.
Went for a burrito. Very good and got me full. The dining room is spacious. The staff are nice and very your order done quickly.... Good value for money. The parking was kind of tricky. There is a garage around back for over flow. Glad that was there so wecould find in. Will return in future if I can. Read more
