This was by far the worst restaurant I have been to in Nashville. We spent over 2 hours waiting on our food with nearly an hour... gap between half of our meals coming out. By the time our wives got their meals, the men’s food had gone cold because theywanted to wait so we could all eat together. The waters for the table which we ordered first was the last thing that wereceived. They failed to acknowledge us at all when we asked about our food and drinks. Worst of all is a person in our partynever received their meal at all. They waited until 2 hours later to tell her what she ordered was not available. When trying toaddress our concerns with the manager she was unconcerned and rude. Never again!! Read more

Food is extremely good. Never tasted Peruvian food, their homemade waters are legit I can taste the fruits and sweets. Guy... greeted us as soon as we walked in and asked if we had this food before. Recommend for people who love tasting food and cultures10/10 and I recommend the yuca fries as appetizers they are huge. Delicious and hot. No plates were served cold served as soonas finished. Portions are big. Worth every penny. Read more

Finally! Nashville has Peruvian Chicken, and…it is fantastic. What a great experience. Our servers were friendly and... attentive. The food? Exactly what I expect from a great Peruvian Restaurant. We ordered the 1/2 chicken and got Plantains,Chaufa and the tomatoes and onions. The chicken was tender, moist and perfectly seasoned. The Chaufa (fried rice) was probablythe best I have ever had, the flavor was rich but not overpowering. The tomatoes and onions are pickled with lime and supertart, my husband loved them. The plantains were tender and perfectly charred to bring out the sweetness, wonderful… finally, they had live music by “Fernando” it was great, don’t pass this place by…can’t wait to come back. This little restaurant is a GEM! Exceptional service and the food was amazing! Great clean restaurant with a shady patio with... lots of breezy fans. Our server was super friendly and polite and made sure we understand what the food was that we wereordering so there weren't any surprises. The Peruvian ceviche was so delicious! Also the Yuca al la Hauncaina was some of thebest I've ever had. The plantains were perfectly fried. The tomato & onion salad also delicious. And even the presentation wasbeautiful. I will definitely recommend this to anyone and can't wait to go back! Read more

I visited Panca tonight for the first time and I was impressed with how delicious their meals were. I will give them five stars... because of how delicious the food was but I will give three stars on service. Our waiter didn't check if we needed anything elseafter dropping the food and when we asked for a refill on our juice and salt he never came back at all ??????? I ended up goingto the front and getting it myself. Read more

It is a very nice and simple place to grab a bite to eat. The menu is extensive and there are several economic choices on there.... I had the dark chicken with plantains and Peruvian corn. I really liked all the items, especially the chicken. It waswonderfully spiced and the sauces they brought with it were very good. My friend had the white chicken with rice and plantains. So the plantains are very good. I would definitely recommend it. Read more
