Update: I reached out to Panera customer service and they were very responsive and gave me a $15 voucher for my next visit. They... said they would reach out to that location with my feedback so hopefully that will bring some positive changes there. Terribleexperience at this location. Thought we would pop in and eat a quick lunch, but there was no one at the front counter to takeour order so we had to wait for a kiosk to self-order (which takes a lot longer). After we ordered, it took about 15 minutes toget our food. When I got my Baja bowl, there were literally 5 black beans and 2 kernels of corn period! I asked for more beansand corn, and the man who had put it together said they had run out and it would take another 5 minutes to get some moretogether. (So he knew my dish was lacking and gave it to me anyway???) I waited another 15 minutes for the ingredients thenfinally gave up and left. Very disappointing. I won't be back. Read more
EVERY TIME THEY GET IT WRONG!!! We just ordered steak sandwiches and we got it not only on the wrong bread, no onions nor... horseradish & cold. Ugh? they usually leave something out of bag and we have to go back. It?s like every one that works at thislocation is stoned or very lost. Look how nasty the drive thru window is. Half the time the drive thru is closed or vice versainside is closed and drive thru is only operating. As someone who helped open one of the first Paneras and was employed by themfor 4 years & loves the menu. This establishment gets two thumbs down as the worst Panera EVER. I can?t believe this location isstill in business. I want my $40 back & Panera Corporation should step in and manage this place or make them shut it down. It?sabsolutely unacceptable. Read more
I have visited the Bellevue, TN location several times. My order is rarely correct. I use their app so I can specify what I... want (and pay extra for it) along with specifying my food allergies. They double up on what I'm allergic to and asked for themnot to put on my order. Plus, I have requested extra cheese and paid extra for it and never got it. I always pay a 25%+percent tip. I always have to still go inside to get my food after I have requested to pick up curbside and have waited as muchas 25 minutes once I got there. Bad, bad service and no attention to the order itself. I normally don't give bad reviewsunless this type of service has repeated itself at the same location on more than a couple of occasions. We stopped in passing through town looking for bathroom and drinks. We utilized contactless order station so there was no staff... interaction. The tea and coffee was fresh and at the ready. The bathroom was not very clean. It didn't appear overly clean asother locations generally are. Read more

Order #130045 on 12/01/21 Terrible quality. The two bacon turkey bravos we ordered weren't actually bacon turkey bravos. Not... sure what they were but there was no bacon or turkey and they were soggy and bad. Person taking our order was suuuuper confusedand obviously new/not trained well. Both salads had 2 or 3 day old lettuce that tasted stale and off, with slimeytexture. Panera has gone majorly downhill. Read more
Dirty inside, worn out finishes on seating, main door locked, no toilet tissue in ladies bathroom, mass confusion for ordering.... Most pathetic Panera I have ever been in. Food was okay, the only thing okay. Wish I could share photos. Read more
