This store is closed every single time I come here. No matter what the time is listed. Today I saw the employee fully uniformed,... relaxing at a table with his phone. The door is locked. The time is 11:55 am. Must be a really nice job! I wish I could get paidto sit and do nothing all day while hungry people stare in at me! Read more

The people here are so rude. After we used the fast kiosk we had to use the restroom and had to get a code for the bathroom and... then had to go through 4 people just to find out all of them knew it all along! To get the code and each person we asked wasrude as hell kept telling us to ask someone else. Then when we FINALLY got the code the lady said it so quickly and like webothered her it was ridiculous. Last time I come to this panera not dealing with these rude people. ps bathroom code is 1603! -INVITE ALL YOUR HOMELESS FRIENDS! Read more

I asked for 2 asiago bagels sliced & toasted via delivery. I got 1.5 bagels, sliced, untoasted. Tried calling store 2x & never... made it past prompts because phone rang continuously until it eventually hung up in my face both times. Never eating thereagain. On the phone with corporate now. Cashier was pretty rude. I told her thank you a few times throughout the transaction and she ignored me. She than tried to tell... me I could only get 1 coffee. Not 2. I was like what?!?! Read more

I ordered a rapid pick up but sent it to the wrong Panera. So I was waiting and never got my order here. When I asked about it... and pulled up my order and figured out they hadn?t made my order totally due to my own mistake, the manager was super nice aboutit, canceled it for the other location for me, and had them make me my order here right away. Absolutely awesome customerservice; much appreciated!! Read more

Panera is usually good. This location in particular has sometimes forgotten an item of food or the sandwiches aren?t that well... put together but overall, 4/5. Read more

Selective Service, go to another Panera Store. I got a half Italian sandwich and it was too salty so I went back the next day to... exchange it for another sandwich (I even brought back the physical sandwich so it's clear that I really bought a sandwich). Iexplained the situation, and the cashier say exchanging it wouldn't be a problem. When she then spoke to the manager, Chris,about it, Chris looked to see who was asking to swap out a sandwich, saw it was me, then said they wouldn't exchange thesandwich unless I had a receipt. Who holds on to quick service restaurant receipts? I don't; if I get a receipt at all. I hadthe physical sandwich, in the Panera Bread bag with me...but you need a receipt? I believe if I had been someone else, I wouldhave been able to exchange my sandwich. Read more
